Murphy Brothers did a great job rebuilding my home after a fire. Scott Laso, Kimberly, and rest of the team were fantastic to work with in fighting on my behalf with the insurance company to cover replacing all that was lost. They listened and supported my wishes in rebuilding my house. It is beautiful!

We have a very small space that, frankly, needed some attention. This project began as a door replacement, but after speaking with Jeff at Murphy Bros. we realized that there were other options for improving the space to make it more usable. After discussing our options, we decided on a window/screen replacement system manufactured here in the Twin Cities by Porch Windows Direct. Jeff explained that our small space could be used as a 3-season porch without much effort. Murphy Bros. handled the design and all of the work except for the actual installation of the product. Working with the team at Murphy Bros. was easy and it was a pleasure working with them. All of the framing work was done by Tim O. who is amazing at what he does. Tim is prompt, professional and an expert craftsman! When the framing was completed, PWD took the measurements, and then the painter did his job. A few weeks after the measurements were taken, the installer delivered the product and 90 minutes later, we had a new porch! We have lived with the product for a few week and we absolutely love it! Many thanks to Jeff, Tim, the rest of the Murphy Bros. team, as well as the people at Porch Windows Direct!

I recently had the opportunity to meet with Ben and Dan at Murphy Bros. Design | Build | Remodel, and I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine passion for what they do. It’s clear that they take tremendous pride in their work, value relationships, and are committed to delivering an exceptional experience. Both were welcoming, transparent, and thoughtful in our conversations, which speaks volumes about the culture and leadership behind the company. It's refreshing to meet individuals who hold themselves and their organization to such high standards. Murphy Bros. has clearly built something special, and I can see why they've earned such a strong reputation in the industry. Highly recommend!

Scott has been a great partner in working on our insurance claim! He has fought for our dollars from the insurance company!! Great asset to have when dealing with insurance companies. And he is a great communicator also. Keeps us informed of what is coming up, or next in the project. Getting us setup for choosing colors, fixtures and helps us plan for the future too. Smart, savvy, easy to deal with also.

We absolutely made the right choice in selecting the Murphy Bros team to complete our whole home remodel. Each phase of the project was well defined and executed beautifully. At the end of the day, that is probably the most important aspect of this review, but there's another aspect that is just as important to consider when you're living in the construction phase: Communication. As someone who has worked in the construction industry for my entire career, I understand that something will inevitably go wrong on a project. Not intentionally by any means, but because construction is hard and unpredictable. McKenzie and Erich were masters at communication and problem solving, even in the toughest of times. They advocated for excellence from each person involved in the project, and always felt like our partners in the project. (For context, the project was completed five-ish weeks later then we expected, for reasons both in and out of Murphy Bros control) If I had to do this all over again, Murphy Bros would still be the contractor I'd choose. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I pinch myself every single day--I can't believe this exquisite space is mine!
