“I am a landlord living in Hong Kong. My house is rented in Annapolis and I needed a reliable contractor to handle handy-man type work. They fixed a few odd things around the house and did a great job. The renters are confident; and, so am I. No problems at all. I used them to a larger job--replace a floor and add insulation. They did a great job going above and beyond--like I was there. They managed everything. If you want someone you can rely on, use Mr. Handy of Anne Arundel and North PG.”

“I have had the best experience with this Mr handyman franchise. They are always on time, they do excellent work and are very nice and friendly people to work with! They have done multiple projects, big and small, at my fixer-upper house which is now a beautiful home! I would highly recommend them.”

They charge for the hour instead of the job. I would prefer to pay for the job because there may be issues with the project. I would prefer to adjust accordingly if the scope of work changes.”

“Had a broken window during a summer storm. Water came in. The service person came in, repaired the window area, cleaned up water, and put things back in place. He was very courteous and completed work without using unnecessary time.”
“If you need something done fast, like if there's a closing, or to get rid of the house or to get an inspection, use them. But, if you need to do your own personal home improvement, look for a better contractor.”

“The length of time to complete a project seemed excessive, but we stuck with them because the quality of the work.”
“I hired them to fix a door that wasn't locking, install a kitchen light and look into electrical issues in one of the bedrooms. When I made the appt, they never indicated that they did not have electricians on staff and thus may not be a be able to fully address my issues. We were charged over $200 to essentially only fix the door. Unlicensed tech told my new tenants the electrical was not to code (untrue) and worried them unnecesarily. When I called mgmt to discuss, they were rude and never processed the the discount they promised.”
