Amanda, Jim, Javier, David, Josue, Janice and the WHOLE team absolutely transformed my mom’s condo into stellar and beautiful condition to be sold. Working within our budget, Jesse and Christian helped us to remove 25 years of “lived in” and make the space sparkle. I would like to specifically highlight David and his team for their true attention to detail and commitment to helping us make this a sellable space. Highly recommend JW Home Improvement (we have worked with them many times before and will continue to!!!)

We hired them to replace weather stripping and fix leaks around exterior doors. This was quoted to be a two day project with one person working. This took over 3 weeks to complete and 1 of those weeks I had NO weather stripping on my doors at all. They would set a time to come and then come and say "sorry can't do this today". I STILL have visible light through my front door and was told there is nothing they can do about it. I was told they don't take waste with them and we have to pay extra to have it removed. Every time someone came it was a new person and I would have to explain again what was required to be done. In general- the vast majority of the workers were very nice and did a good job.

The customer service experience was excellent. Luis and Pedro were professional, attentive, and showed great empathy in understanding my situation. Although the pricing was higher than expected and the wait time longer than ideal given the urgency, the quality of service made a big difference. The support provided in person, over the phone, and with the prompt HOA letter request was outstanding and outweighed those concerns. As a first-time customer, I was left with a strong positive impression and would recommend your services.

Cesar and Jimmy did a fantastic job on our powder room renovation as well as several other jobs we had throughout our house, including several dry wall repairs and paint retouching, grout work and fixing several broken handles and door knobs in our home. Cesar and Jimmy were very easy to work with and communicated well about what they were doing and worked around our busy family of 5 to get the work done with minimal disruption to our schedules. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Thomas M was an excellent technician and did great work fixing all the basement windows around the house. These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, Since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job.
