Terrible experience with this company. I highly recommend avoiding them. They charged my elderly mother $2,350 in labor alone just to remove and replace her front exterior door and storm door, with the doors and materials paid for separately. For that price, I would expect the installation to be done correctly and professionally. Unfortunately, the exterior door was not properly plumbed or aligned. It is difficult to close and difficult to lock. Instead of properly correcting the installation, the handyman banged on the frame with a hammer trying to get the door to close, which damaged and scuffed the metal frame. What made the experience even worse was that he had my elderly mother physically help hold the door while he worked on the installation. She hired and paid a professional to do this job, not to be used as an extra set of hands during the work. My mother does not know much about renovations or typical contractor pricing, and I believe $2,350 in labor for this work was excessive, especially considering the poor quality of the finished installation. Meanwhile, he left all of the debris behind and did’nt haul it away. He also left the incorrect storm door and had to replace with the proper one. My mother had already paid for that wrong storm door, yet he neither took it back nor refunded her for it. For the amount charged, a newly installed door should open, close, and lock smoothly—not require force just to use it. Very disappointing workmanship, pricing, and professionalism. I would not recommend this company.

I had a great experience and would highly recommend them. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond. Brian, the project manager, came out initially and took the time to carefully walk through everything that needed to be done, which I really appreciated. Tyler, the operations manager, kept me in the loop the entire time and made sure I always knew when the team would be arriving each day, they worked consistently over 6 days and communication was always clear and reliable. Adrian, the handyman, was exceptional. He showed up on time every single day, was professional, and did excellent work across the board. We had multiple projects done, including toilet replacements, shower fixture updates, drywall patching, and painting, and everything was completed with great attention to detail and in a timely manner. Overall, the quality of work and level of service really stood out. It was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

We are very pleased with the choice we made in choosing The Handyman Company. Brian was our sales person and he represented the company in a very professional way. Our installer Adrian, it was a pleasure to have him do the work. He did everything that was contracted to be done and he did an fantastic , excellent one-man job. He knows his craft and puts much pride into it. Verry satisfied customers!

Could not be more satisfied. Our handyman Dex did an outstanding, professional job that took my sketches on a piece of paper and made them look absolutely great. The craftsmanship was top notch as was the attention to detail in design, build and painting.
