I needed window repair and I had nowhere to turn so I looked on the Internet and found Mr. Handyman. I called the office and spoke with a lovely person named Lisa. She reached out to me and helped me as if we had been friends for years. She then sent James to do the work. He was amazing when he said he would come. He came at the time that he mentioned, and he did the work very professionally and efficiently. When he finished and cleaned up everything it was fantastic. The first set of pictures is the new job. The second set of pictures is the before. I will definitely be calling on this company again.

My experience with Mr. Handyman was phenomenal. I was scheduled to be on travel, and I was pushing to get my repairs prior to leaving. The planner that I had dealings with was very nice and professional.The planners helped to get me on the schedule prior to me leaving. Additionally, the technician exceeded my expectations. He was very experienced in various areas. He repaired several different things for me, but the biggest one that stood out was the repair of my screen door that was misaligned, and the replacement of my damaged screen on my screened porch. I will surely recommend and use this company again!

Onur has been doing work on our property for the past few months, helping us take care of our residents’ service requests and needs. He is always friendly, works efficiently, and makes sure everything is completed in a timely manner. What I appreciate most is that he always cleans up after himself and leaves the work area in great condition. We truly appreciate his professionalism, positive attitude, and the care he shows while working in our community. It has been a pleasure having him support our property.

I called to setup an appointment to get an estimate to replace a sliding glass door. The woman I spoke to took all my information and then said there would be a $94 fee for a technician to come out to provide an estimate. I explained we are getting multiple quotes, and would like to stay local and away from big box stores. Her tone completely changed when I said I wasn't going to pay for an estimate, there are several locally owned companies who do not charge (with good reviews). She proceeded to say my project will start at $3k and that the people who don't charge for estimates do crappy work and they end up fixing their issues.

The work itself was explained and completed well. I just need to ask more questions about the total. Two small holes in my closet and a dime size hole in my pantry to fix. About two hours of work and it cost $614. Materials : $33.84. 3% card usage : $16.92. Labor : 564.00 . The technician Tim Hughes was very professional. I am not sure if that is normal for that amount but I will go with them again and just ask more detailed questions about the price.
