I needed window repair and I had nowhere to turn so I looked on the Internet and found Mr. Handyman. I called the office and spoke with a lovely person named Lisa. She reached out to me and helped me as if we had been friends for years. She then sent James to do the work. He was amazing when he said he would come. He came at the time that he mentioned, and he did the work very professionally and efficiently. When he finished and cleaned up everything it was fantastic. The first set of pictures is the new job. The second set of pictures is the before. I will definitely be calling on this company again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Handyman and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The level of professionalism and skill displayed was exceptional. The handyman arrived on time, communicated clearly, and carried himself with courtesy and respect throughout the entire appointment. I had multiple tasks that needed attention, and he completed every one with precision and expertise. His attention to detail, pleasant demeanor, and willingness to make sure everything was done correctly truly set him apart. It was easily one of the best handyman experiences I’ve had—especially with this specific technician. The work was completed safely, efficiently, and to a very high standard. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I absolutely plan to use Mr. Handyman again for additional home projects and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable, skillful, and professional home repair support.

I'm quite disappointed with my experience with Mr. Handyman. Although Lisa was pleasant enough, she did advise upfront they were "not the cheapest". I wasn't necessarily looking for the cheapest. I was looking for quality along with reasonable pricing. Cheapest is usually not the best, when it comes to remodeling. Lisa advised that there was an estimate fee to come out, but allowed me to email her pics and dimensions, to get even a ROUGH estimate, as they were my 1st call. I have a standard alcove tub (3 walls) with a window in the middle and I made 2 niches on 1 wall. Including the window area, it's approx 70 sq ft. Also, I have 5' x 5' floor that I wanted tiled. Very small bathroom! Lisa got with a technician and advised it would be approx $10,000 - $12,000, to install the tiles. This seems a bit excessive when the other 2 quotes I received from tiling installation companies were closer to $3-$4k, for the project. I'm disappointed because I tend to be a loyal customer and I was DEF looking for help with more projects, so it would've been GREAT to be able to stay with 1 company for all my different items. I understand not being the cheapest and I can appreciate that! However, the price difference (not just being higher than competitors, but substantially higher) made me doubt their capabilities of accurately pricing any future projects. I really wish this could've worked out! Please make sure you do your due diligence, as a customer!!

I called to setup an appointment to get an estimate to replace a sliding glass door. The woman I spoke to took all my information and then said there would be a $94 fee for a technician to come out to provide an estimate. I explained we are getting multiple quotes, and would like to stay local and away from big box stores. Her tone completely changed when I said I wasn't going to pay for an estimate, there are several locally owned companies who do not charge (with good reviews). She proceeded to say my project will start at $3k and that the people who don't charge for estimates do crappy work and they end up fixing their issues.

Onur did an absolutely outstanding job mounting our TV. From the moment he arrived, his attitude was positive, calm, and professional—but what really stood out was how much care he put into the work and into us as a family. He wasn’t rushing, he wasn’t transactional, and he didn’t treat it like “just another install.” He explained what he was doing, checked in along the way, and made sure everything was not only done right, but done thoughtfully. I could tell he takes pride in his craft. The end result looks fantastic, but honestly, the experience is what made the difference. If you’re looking for a handyman company, Mr. Handyman is the company & Onur is the guy!
