Replacing drywall, door frames on 2 doors, and floorboards in our laundry room. These components were removed as part of a water damage remediation. The water damage has been resolved and we like to replace the removed components.

The kitchen storage shelf has come off the hinges on one side and is stuck.

Replace a ceiling light socket

I need a cost to remove the door trim; rehang and shim a solid core; 3-hinge; garage service door that is out of alignment with the door jamb; replace existing trim; and caulk the trim at the door jamb and wall. Door is sagging ~3/8" at the strike side of the door. Thank you.
