Cedric and his crew did an excellent job repairing our home's storm and hail damage. Insurance Advocacy: Cedric’s background as a public adjuster was a massive asset. He made us feel completely at ease and handled all the heavy lifting with our insurance provider, going back and forth multiple times to ensure every bit of damage was covered. The Crew & Work Quality: The teams were fantastic—always on time, highly professional, and incredibly friendly. They worked efficiently to deliver top-tier quality, and they did an excellent job cleaning up the property afterward. We are so grateful for their hard work and look forward to working with Cedric and his teams again in the future!

My neighbors' tree fell on my roof on Friday the 13th. With weather remaining in the area for the next few days, emergency repair were critical. Storm Guard of DuPage responded within 30 minutes with Cedric showing up almost immediately to assess the damage and assure me that they could definitely help. After Storm Guard of DuPage tarped the damaged portion of roof (while it snowed) and stopped further damage from happening, Cedric assured me they could then work with me and the insurance company to restore the roof to new. I will probably only have one roof emergency in my life, but if I have another I will make sure to call Storm Guard of DuPage and especially Cedric. Being available to meet with the insurance adjuster to answering my nervous text messages, he was knowledgeable, patient, kind, professional, and I never was made to feel like I was a nuisance. The coordination of the different workers that were required to repair all the different portions of the damaged roof had to be a nightmare. But I always knew when someone was showing up to work, what they were doing, and what was coming next. I greeted every contractor and they were all polite, professional, and all did excellent work. I highly recommend Storm Guard of DuPage with a special shout out to Cedric Welch for making a potentially devastating event bearable.

I was referred to this company by my friend when I was talking to him about water coming into my house around my window. I was able to have a few guys out to look at the window on a Thursday, where they explained my issues and they were ready to do the repairs by that same Saturday. I was very thankful to see that they were going to fit me into the schedule so soon! I unfortunately live in a community with a HOA so the repairs that were needed ended up not falling under my responsibility at the end of that day. Therefore I did not need to use the services provided by Stormguard, but the customer service I received from Cedric and his team was excellent! If I need any further damage repairs in the future I will be giving them a call!

I used website late in evening to ask for appointment and CEDRIC called next day. He was flexible and early. Cedric explained the entire process and was able to present a great price. We signed contract and agreed on date, very easy. Work was all completed with care and concern for neighbors and my property. They had to replace brick flashing that others said unable to do it. Cedric made it happen and it looks fantastic. Cedric and CREW are very professional and clean. Job done well and very happy with it. When I need a new roof CEDRIC at Storm Guard will be my choice. I highly recommend them.
