Just had the technicians leave my house after setting up an appointment through our local Costco. Steve and Francisco did a great job. They inspected and showed me all the photos of our current gutters- not in good shape, yikes! . They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their product and showed me how a gutter should actually work. I was very impressed and can’t wait to get leafguard on our house. Unfortunately, due to an ongoing kitchen renovation we are going to have to wait until the summer before we can move on this but are completely sold on the product and look forward to having it installed. Kudos to Costco for such a nice promo/partnership!

We had a Leafguard consultation with Brian Drommer. He took photos of our current gutters so we could clearly see their current condition. Brian provided a very detailed explanation of the various gutter filter systems that are available and demonstrated how superior Leafguard truly is. The consultation was informative and not salesy; we were not pressured into making a decision to move forward with purchasing Leafguard’s gutters but we ultimately did. Brian answered all of our questions and all of the information he provided to us was honest and very helpful. While Leafguard’s gutters are not inexpensive, you truly do get what you pay for - we will not have to worry about gutter replacement or getting up on a ladder to clear the gutters ever again!

Jeff was a great rep for Leafguard. He was prompt at his appointment time and explained his plan for the visit. He inspected our home in detail and explained very clearly issues with our gutter system and how Leafguard would solve our issues. He was very pleasant and professional. He also worked with us on the pricing and we decided to go with his solution. We had failing gutters after 20 years and now are excited to have a system that is warranted for the life of our home. Additionally the team was scheduled to come out two days later which they did. However because of severe rain they had to postpone for two more days. The workers who came to install were also very pleasant and willing to work with us. We're excited to see the finished product in 2 days. Will give an update then.

Our initial interaction with our Sales Representative Anne I. was superb! She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful! My gutters look great! But, since the installation over two weeks ago, I have called twice about the condition my property was left in and I am thoroughly disappointed. There were tools left behind, a hammer left on my roof, debris left on my food, landscape lights broken, water faucet knob broken, aluminum scraps left behind, cable lines left hanging, and I am still picking up screws around my property!

I had Leafguard installed in September 2024. I have been very happy with the system! I don't have to pay for gutter cleaning anymore! But this past November, we had a big snowstorm and I had huge icicles form on the Leafguard system. I had some damage but Robert Gill was great coordinating a repair in my budget. Good people and a great company!
