I was very impressed by the young representative, Nomar Perez, because he scheduled me for a time that was convenient for me- after work in the evening. He called to let me know he was in route. He was very knowledgeable about his product quality. He provided physical examples & photos of how LeafFilter works. He provided photos, videos and physical samples of other products and explained how they work, and where they fail. He showed me, with photos, how others are installed and how they compromise the roof because they have to lift edges to install it; thus, compromising the warranty of the roof work. He explained, in very simple terms, the payment plan of 36 months without interest - I never had that length of time to pay without interest! After he computed total cost, he applied a senior and veteran discount and a 15% for closing on the same day. He was knowledgeable about financing and guided me on how to add this project to an existing account with Wells Fargo projects. He scheduled the installation right away and within the week, the installer came promptly at 8am and the work was done very fast and neat. Both representatives were professional. I recommend this company because I didn't feel pushed or intimidated into scheduling an appointment or to accept product or contract; the decision was mine after receiving all the information I needed to have. I especially love that I will never have to worry about the leaves clogging up the gutters and that I protected my house roof and foundation with a company that stands by their product. So, I really feel no worries and feel happy that I installed a great quality product with a reputable company to protect my humble little castle! Thank you!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Brad at LeafFilter. He was incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel pressured. The installation team was professional, on time, and left my property spotless when they finished. The installer arrived on time but spoke no English. The back gutter was not realigned as promised as it has a dip. The 2nd. guy showed up with dirty tattered clothes and black teeth. He was on the roof for about ten minutes and then simply left without a word. He made it worse. Over two weeks now and still waiting for a repairman to show up and correct the issue the slick salesman promised.

Brian M. Was the gutter specialist that came to my home to give me an inspection of my gutters and quote. He was precisely on time with his appointment. Was very thorough with his inspection showing me all the photos and video of my gutters. He explained all the details of how and what’s included during an installation. Was never pushy into trying to close the deal. Answered all my questions and was very professional. He had a great demeanor.
