I was very impressed by the young representative, Nomar Perez, because he scheduled me for a time that was convenient for me- after work in the evening. He called to let me know he was in route. He was very knowledgeable about his product quality. He provided physical examples & photos of how LeafFilter works. He provided photos, videos and physical samples of other products and explained how they work, and where they fail. He showed me, with photos, how others are installed and how they compromise the roof because they have to lift edges to install it; thus, compromising the warranty of the roof work. He explained, in very simple terms, the payment plan of 36 months without interest - I never had that length of time to pay without interest! After he computed total cost, he applied a senior and veteran discount and a 15% for closing on the same day. He was knowledgeable about financing and guided me on how to add this project to an existing account with Wells Fargo projects. He scheduled the installation right away and within the week, the installer came promptly at 8am and the work was done very fast and neat. Both representatives were professional. I recommend this company because I didn't feel pushed or intimidated into scheduling an appointment or to accept product or contract; the decision was mine after receiving all the information I needed to have. I especially love that I will never have to worry about the leaves clogging up the gutters and that I protected my house roof and foundation with a company that stands by their product. So, I really feel no worries and feel happy that I installed a great quality product with a reputable company to protect my humble little castle! Thank you!

My husband and I set up an appt for an estimate. Mike Fiaccato came out to our home, on time, and overall we were impressed & happy with his service. He was very detailed and explained everything thoroughly. He was also willing to work with us, with no pressure, on the pricing. Thank you Mike.

I was at Sam’s Club this past weekend . I usually don’t go there but was waiting for my contractor to pick out tiles for a bathroom remodel a block away . He was delayed by one hour . I took off to Sam’s Club and came upon two wonderful guys trying to share info on leaf Filter gutter guards . I was looking at the gap workout clothing on sale . I couldn’t help notice how kind Jordan and forgive me but I forgot the other equally friendly young man was . I noticed some customers be ignoring these hardworking boys . I decided to walk over and chat with them . They did a wonderful job explaining and demonstrating this product . I chatted and shoot the breeze with these two men. Jordan looked like a my wonderful ex coworker, Andrew totally ! We took a group pic so I can show my friend, Andrew . Here attach is these two wonderful Leaf Filter representatives . Please go to the Evanston/ Skokie Sam’s Club to support these boys . They helped me make an appointment for today Monday a mere two days later ! Next , I will share my equally wonderful experience regarding the commercial manager Alexander Gabriel . Wonderful and down to earth. We chatted about his father who was a very famous jockey and came in 2nd in the Kentucky Derby !! I can’t wait to google him and read all about it . Let’s go back to Alexander. He is super experience and gets on the roof of 850 homes yearly . He is fully insured and bonded . I asked this before I let him go on my roof . He did a fantastic job explaining . After a while showing me garbage from other copy cat company’s , I told him I have seen enough and told him “ just show me your stuff “ . Wow , the quality is like night and day compare to others he showed me . I’m curious how he got a hold of samples from other companies ?! Maybe he has spies 🕵️‍♀️ . It took him about 20 mins on the roof . Lastly , I flexed my negotiation skills and was able to get a very good deal from Alex and we both walked away happy 😊 . Alex arranged for me to get my leaf gutters installed next Monday 💕Thank you , Alex . Please ask for Alexander Gabriel and he will take good care of you !
