“Steve Reeves responded quickly after being contacted about a roof leak. It was two buckets full of water that leaked through the ceiling fan eating area. He quickly evaluated the roof situation above and repaired it for us, even though he was very busy with other scheduled new installations. When another half bucket full of water leaked through the ceiling, caused by another very strong wind driven rain several days after the repair, Steve quickly came again and did additional repair work. We really appreciated his quick responses. He told us to contact him right away for any further leaking issues, and he would take care of it.”

“The job they were called in to perform was a soffit repair from damage done by raccoons. The repair was done, but there was a discrepancy between the estimate and price charged. The bill was $100 over what was originally estimated. I paid for it, and two months later, the raccoons came back, which was different from what I was promised. The raccoons broke through, and the money spent was for nothing.”
