The Best Pick Guarantee covers the cost of labor on work performed by a Certified Best Pick company—up to $2,500.
To be fully eligible for the Best Pick Guarantee, you must:
Initially contact the Certified Best Pick company through Best Pick Reports or BestPickReports.com.
Register for the Best Pick Guarantee.
Submit a guarantee claim within 45 days of the final date of service.
Pay the agreed-upon amount for the project in full.
Be willing to allow the company that originally performed the work to resolve the issue.
Seek no other third-party method of restitution or mediation with the company.

If you are not satisfied with the work of one of our Certified Best Pick companies, Best Pick Reports ("we" or "us") will pay you up to $2,500, subject to these terms and conditions.
Eligibility Requirements
Make initial contact with the Best Pick company through BestPickReports.com, the Best Pick Reports Guide, or the Best Pick App.
Register for the Best Pick Guarantee at bestpickreports.com/register.
Submit a claim within 45 days of the final service date using our online claim form.
Pay the Best Pick company the invoiced amount in full before submitting your claim.
Allow the Best Pick company to resolve the issue, including performing additional work if necessary.
Use our resolution process as the first method of resolution (other than contacting the company directly).
Mediation Process
If your claim complies with these terms, we will begin a mediation process between you and the company. Our goal is to enlist the Best Pick company to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. You must participate in good faith and provide any requested documentation.
Payment Determination
If mediation does not result in a satisfactory outcome, you may be eligible for a guarantee payment up to the lesser of the invoiced labor cost or $2,500. Labor costs do not include estimate visits, precontract labor, or payments for products or materials. This guarantee applies only to disputes about work quality and may be suspended, modified, or revoked at our sole discretion.
Standard Pros are not eligible for the Best Pick Guarantee.
