“I’m not sure. Our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable when we met. When the work team came out, I found them in the front yard placing the ladder in the wrong spot on the roofline to reach the work area. This was a little worrisome. I pointed to show them the general area where the leak was - but they seemed to have trouble understanding. So I took one worker inside my house to show him the interior water damage and so he could get a better idea of where the leak was when he went back outside. I went with him outside again to help point out where the ladder should be placed to access the roof. Then I went back inside. When I came back later, they were gone. So, I’m really not sure what they did or if the work was finished.”

“The roofing part was good and done in a timely manner. When it came to repairing the interior in the garage, they were not so efficient. They missed things a few times. I had to call them back over and over gain. The worst part was the manager would not show up when he made an appointment. He kept me waiting and waiting. He didn't even call to tell me he wasn't coming. Sometimes the workers would say they were coming out and they wouldn't show up. They were very uncourteous and didn't care about the customers time.”

“I had to complain about the work done to get it corrected and done right. I had to point several things out that were clearly agreed upon at the beginning to be done. I had to explain that we had agreed upon these things before the work started. It was mentioned that they ran into additional issues. I had pointed out that there were issues from the beginning. I was honest and expected for the work to be done correctly the first time or without push back when I called them back.”

“It has now been nearly a month since the storm that caused the damage here. To date I have still not been put on any schedule to complete the work promised. After 3 weeks in which rain and pieces of glass were washed into the house, a kid finally showed up to replace the window pane. Shoddy, unprofessional work was the result. I asked for but have not received an itemized item by item list of the work that will be done and the cost of each. I'm continually assured that it will "be okay" - that is no longer acceptable to me. After I complained about this, the contractor/salesman was supposed to come to my house to go over these things yesterday. After waiting most of the day for him to show up I got a call from him saying he was "tied up across town" and would not be able to meet with me till Monday since he was going out of town today for the weekend. I feel that I am being discriminated against because I'm just one old woman, all alone, and my home is a mobile home. No reason to worry about someone like me, when there are important people with work to complete who live in the upscale neighborhoods of Keller. That's in spite of the fact that the storm that affected my home came through at least a week before the storm that hit Keller. And I'm quite sure that the workmen who go there do not leave their mess for the owners to clean up (as they did to me), would not leave them with a broken window that rain would keep pouring into, and would not leave any job that wasn't done correctly. I would not be surprised to learn that the holdup "across town" was one of these more important clients in Keller.”
