I had an excellent experience with William Long and his team. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional throughout the entire job, and clearly took pride in their work. They explained everything clearly, paid attention to detail, and completed the work with high quality. When the job was finished, they cleaned up the work area thoroughly, leaving everything neat and tidy. It’s not easy to find contractors who are this reliable, honest, and respectful of your home. I highly recommend William Long and his team to anyone looking for dependable, skilled professionals. Thank you for a job well done!

The guys who came out for my initial visit to do the estimate were very helpful as I knew nothing about this process of getting a generator. They took the time to make sure I understood what was going to be done and why it had to be done that way. Gave some really helpful advice on everything. Will definitely recommend and use this company anytime I have issues they can address. Thanks guys for a easy going experience

My experience was fantastic. Mr Bradley took his time & thoroughly checked my a/c system. He took pics & patiently explained each one to me. He gave his recommendation & offered his services. The most professional tech I’ve come across in a long time. Job well done, thanks Mr Bradley.

I needed a new control panel installed after a small fire. The problems were numerous: 1)Tech arrived on the second day without supplies, even though he had a list from the initial assessment the previous day. 2)Tech installed the wrong circuit breakers and didn't install the additional ground wire. He also resisted installing the correct surge protector. 3) Tech refused to label the box even though the contract stipulated that it would be done 4) Job was so messy that the tech had a hard time closing the panel door. (see attached photos) 5) Tech was very young and seemed a bit overwhelmed by the job. I never felt confident he was doing it up to code. 6) Because of this, I had another electric company come check the work. Their electrician found the box disorganized, the ground wire connected improperly, and and incorrect use of Wago connectors. He redid everything, and now it is up to code, neatly organized, and the door closes properly. When I confronted the owner, secretary and technicians at H & E Comfort Services, their common response was they "wanted to be transparent and provide me with a quality product." The did neither, and it was a horrible experience. I would never recommend H & E for work. Stay away!

I am happy I chose H&E Comfort Services for my electrical needs. All of their service technicians are very professional. Today, the technician Will show me so much empathy for the problem I encounter. He contacted Cody and they resolved it . Will completed the job in a timely manner. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. Will and Cody made me feel value and respected as a customer. They are a great asset to H&E Comfort Services. I recommends this company to anyone seeking electrical services.
