I am so sorry to write this review, but I should take responsibility to prevent this kind of behavior happening again. Today, I had an unpleasant encounter with two workers from the company. They were fixing a garage door while I was working one level above them. After hearing extremely loud noise for quite a while, I went outside to see what was happening. I asked them, “Is everything okay here?” but they didn’t respond and instead closed the garage door. I waited until they opened it again and asked, “Do you speak English?” because I thought maybe they didn’t understand me. One of them replied, “One second,” in perfect English, then closed the door again without offering any explanation or apology. I told them, “You’re being very rude. I’m working upstairs and have meetings. You’ve been making a lot of noise, and you didn’t even answer my question.” One of the workers simply said “Okay” and walked to his truck. I’ve never encountered such rude behavior in the U.S. before.

The process of ordering and installing the garage door was amazing. I have dealt with other companies for other things for my home and Door Pro America was the best company I have had the pleasure working with! The door was ordered and arrived earlier than expected. I, as a homeowner, expect what I pay for and Door Pro America did not disappoint! Thank you Door Pro America!!!

We had a full garage door replacement but within the first year we had a track roller failure which was replaced under warranty. Again at just over another year we had a second different track roller failure which was not under warranty. It was at this time the service technician suggested a life time warranty track roller replacementof all the rollers, at of course an additional charge. My queation is why wasn't this replacement offered during the first failure while it was still under warranty.

Door Pro America was very efficient in configuring the issue with my garage. The technician was knowledgeable and kind. The technician fixed the issued within 30 minutes and provided test run multiple times to ensure it was properly serviced. There membership fee is super reasonable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Door Pro America.
