After speaking with several garage door companies in the area, we came across the outstanding reviews for Johnson Garage Door and decided to give them a call. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. Within 12 hours of reaching out, Joshua was at our home to assess our existing garage door. He took the time to explain our options, answer every question we had, and offered thoughtful recommendations. What stood out most was his professionalism and honesty. Rather than giving us a lengthy, high-pressure sales pitch like we experienced with other companies, he was straightforward and focused on helping us find the best solution for our needs. That immediately gave us confidence in moving forward. Shortly afterward, we received the four estimates we requested so we could compare our options. I also spoke with Ian, who was great to work with. He allowed us to apply one of their coupons to an already very competitive quote, which was greatly appreciated. The biggest differentiator was the turnaround time. Every other company we contacted quoted 4–5 weeks from ordering to installation, and our garage door was completely inoperable, making that timeline difficult to accept. After we selected our preferred option, Ian called back to let us know he could have our custom-ordered door delivered and installed in just one week after receiving our deposit. That level of service made our decision easy. On the scheduled installation day, Jaren arrived on time and completed the installation professionally and efficiently. He worked with minimal disruption, allowing us to continue our workday while he completed the project. Overall, the customer service, communication, pricing, and speed of installation were far above the other companies we considered. If I had one minor critique, it would be that the tinted window option we selected is lighter than we expected. However, that is a manufacturer issue rather than anything related to Johnson Garage Door. I would highly recommend Johnson Garage Door to anyone looking for honest service, competitive pricing, and an exceptional customer experience.

We had a major garage door malfunction in the middle of a bathroom renovation at our house in Broomfield. I hastily booked an appointment at 9:45pm that night. I was amazed that I got a confirmation that someone would be over between 8-10am the very next day to get us sorted out. Josh was the technician that was dispatched to my house. I cant speak for any of the other technicians at Johnson Garage Doors but I can certainly say that Josh was top notch. He immediately diagnosed the problem and I had a very reasonable quote within 10 min. I have had some pretty bad experiences with garage door repair techs in the past (I have had to have this door serviced almost every year now, now I wonder if the previous company took me for a ride) but the knowledge and the confidence that Josh had when explaining in detail the issue to me was nuts. Heck, I asked him if he could do more stuff then just the repair because he immediately instilled that level of trust in his work. I added weather stripping, a new garage key pad, spring tune up, etc. I had planned on upgrading this door in the next year or so, and you better believe this is the company I am calling for it. I'd bet I wouldnt even have to upgrade at this point because they got it working so well. This went longer than I anticipated, I never leave reviews places. I was just so impressed. Anyways, here's wonderwall. Thanks Johnson Garage Doors, you have earned me as a loyal customer.

Had a relatively minor repair to complete on our garage door. Jaren arrived, quickly completed the repair and noted an issue that we will need to have checked in the future. Jaren was courteous and efficient and the repair was done for a reasonable price. Would recommend.

The installers showed up exactly on time and completed the job in a seemingly short time. I used Johnson because they are local and were priced competitively. We had a problem soon after installation and they sent a technician out same day and corrected the minor issue in just a few minutes. Nice people and professional in every respect. I have recommended Johnson to two neighbors so far since we are very pleased with the experience 100%
