1st appointment in a 2 step process for an evaluation on replacing my HVAC and water heater (my request). They seem pretty smart and interested in doing the job right from the very beginning. I will follow up in my reviews with the results of the next appointment. Oh I almost forgot the best part. They left me a magazine issue with their company highlights and employee recaps. They even included budgets for systems and upgrades. How cool.

My service tech Josh, was amazing! Very thorough, explained everything, was not pushy. He did an incredible job and I would highly recommend Horizon Services for all of your home needs! They truly are the best!

Jason was outstanding in taking care of our HVAC system and getting everything running smoothly. He explained everything clearly. We are glad to have him come every six months or as needed to keep things in perfect condition.

The technician, Jason, arrived promptly and assessed the condition of my furnace quickly. He outlined the various service options available to me although, at this time, I was only interested in a summary review of my furnace capabilities. I will be calling upon Horizon, and Jason, for my ongoing service needs in the future.

I can't recommend Horizon Services and Jon highly enough. I have hired them twice in a week. Jon is such a skilled plumber, he deftly replaced a piece of my sewer/water line. And cleaned up after! Also, very prompt. The folks at Horizon kept me informed of arrival times. This is a great company.
