Stefano was a fantastic tech. He was very transparent about the status of my system. He didn't make me feel pressured into making any replacement decisions, he prioritized possible upcoming needs, and sent me all the information regarding his assessment so I could make a decision on next steps. I love the ease of communication with Horizon and highly recommend working with them and signing up for their service contract. They schedule your service for AC and heat and there is a discount on parts if needed.

We 100% recommend Horizon Home Services. We’ve had some issues with our boiler, and the techs they sent out to look at it were the best. They were determined to figure out and fix the problem. Plus, they were so friendly, kind, and professional. Good job, Efren and Jonathan!

My technician, Thomas S. was knowledgeable, and easy to talk to about any questions I had. Prompt on appointment time, serviced my heater and even checked my air conditioner to make sure it was in good shape. Gave a reasonable price for Heater/Air Conditioner check up each year, which also included checking plumbing (water heater, faucets and fixtures). Great company, would recommend using them most definitely !

Oliver PERNILLO was the service technician that arrived to fix the furnace. He could not have been more polite, professional, and thorough. Did a great job communicating what the problem was, and how he addressed it. For future service request, I will definitely be requesting him by name.

Zach and Josh are a great team! They installed a new furnace and air conditioning units in our home and did a great job. They were very professional and it didn’t seem to phase them when I told them that I’m very picky about how things are done!
