Can't say enough good things about Awesome Home Services! Austin did an absolutely fantastic job installing our whole-house water softener system, a new washing machine box, and an additional hose bib in the garage. His work was clean, professional, and thorough. He took the time to do everything right, ensured there were no leaks, and made sure all systems were fully functional before he left. You can tell he genuinely cares about quality workmanship. A big thank you as well to Clay for the detailed estimate and thoughtful recommendations up front. He laid everything out clearly and helped us understand exactly what we needed, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend Awesome Home Services!!

Got a new garage door and opener when the old one died. Logan came out immediately and gave us options on the repair/replacement. Had a snafu in the product ordering and time frame, but Logan maintained communication and we ended up with a great job done by him and Aaron; both which were courteous and polite. I give those two 5 stars, but the office 4 stars because I had to contact the office multiple times myself to get updates. Also, to Awesome, ditch the AI operator, they can't help with much and it's easier/quicker for the customer to speak with a real person; try to maintain a small company experience with personal attention.

From the start the experience was awesome. Anthony the tech that diagnosed my system was full of information on the system and how it operates. Upon install I met Elliot, Robbie, and Mike and they were nothing short of smooth and efficient. They had a person doing the outside AC, the inside AC, and the duct seal via aeroseal. The team overall did their job and exceeded my expectations. 100% would recommend to anyone needing HVAC and other home improvements! They did help out with an electrician support for lights in the crawl space. Again the whole experience was streamlined👏🏼
