Spring broke on our garage door and called Alliance because there was a sticker in our garage with their name on it (from the previous owners). They were quick to answer and were out same day. Phil presented options for repair or replacement, and when I picked repair he wasn't pushy and didn't try to talk me out of it. Just a simple, "ok, sounds good" and the repair was done in about an hour. Pricing was reasonable for professional service, and locally owned. Awesome experience from start to finish.

Phil and Hector did a fantastic job specifying and installing our new garage door and jackshaft opener. The door looks great with our house and provides an air-tight seal for our garage. Couldn't be happier!

I was not looking forward to this new installation at all. I had what I considered a huge job...Phil rocked the whole installation of my commercial and residential new garage doors, putting me at ease. I had 9 vintage motor cycles that needed to be moved for the installation and Phil was there to move each one with care. After the installations of my awesome new doors he came back and put each one with care back into its space. I had no idea what a difference new garage doors would make. The old ones were antiquated, made scary sounds and were unsafe! Now I am able to control my garage door 3 different ways. The security they provide is remarkable, extrememly comforting to me as well as the timer on the commercial door that will automatically close if left open by mistake. The doors are so quiet my dog no longer hears me pulling into the garage. I would give this company 10 stars if able. I recommend them to anyone who wants a quality and thoughtful job done. Many thanks to the great installers and Phil for a wonderful product delivered!

Phil made a time sensitive situation happen! We were selling our house, had a hail storm causing damage to garage door. Phil was responsive, helpful and made sure everything was on schedule. The tech did a wonderful job and it was completed right in the nick of time. Thank you Phil!

Phil gave excellent, personalized service.. I couldn’t not give a higher rating to this company. They deserve 100 stars! My new garage doors are breath taking! The installer, Gabriel was delightful. I will never call another garage door company again. Get this…. A knowledgeable individual answers the phone all the time!
