You guys are the best. I am so glad that we chose Plano Overhead Garage Door to install our new garage door system. The whole process was so smooth from estimate and setting up the appointment to the install itself. Our garage door opener and door was old the opener broke about a week ago. I called you guys yesterday to come out and give us an estimate on a new install. They sent a technician out within 30 minutes, Greg Boshart who showed us different samples to choose from for garage doors. We chose a color we liked he gave us a reasonable estimate and we set up an appointment for the install which was today. Within one day we have a beautiful door and super quiet opener. Greg was very professional and courteous and answered all of our questions. Today Jarrod Teague came out and installed everything Jarrod was also very professional and courteous and very knowledgeable and answered all my wife's questions. Thank you guys for taking care of us not only are we thankful but we are also very satisfied and now life long customers. I would recommend Plano Overhead Garage door to anyone. Absolutely the BEST.

Wow - honest, fair, informative, sincere, efficient, and kind service from every team member. From the first call to the last this team met and exceeded my every expectation. Brian did an amazing job explaining our options and repairing our broken garage door spring. Plano overhead installed our door originally and have done a wonderful job helping us maintain them. I love that they send out a picture and a little about each technician they send out so you know who are dealing with.

I’ve been using Plano Overhead for more than 10 years and always been happy with the level of professionalism and quality of work. Often times they are able to perform repair on the same day. This time was no different when Jacob Wills arrived after my LiftMaster failed to open garage gate in the morning. Jacob quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me two options to either replace the failed belt or install a brand new unit due to its age. At no point did he pressure me to replace the entire unit and was happy to perform the spot repair. He also performed inspection and tune up of my entire garage door system since a lot of components have been installed by Plano Overhead over the years. Work was completed quickly and with high quality. This what keeps me coming back to Plano Overhead instead of trying to save a few dollars by seeking the cheapest quote. I highly recommend Plano Overhead and hope they continue to offer the perfect balance of quality and price.

Kalil did a fantastic job on our new garage door and an hour earlier than he expected!! He showed me how to use the new equipment and how to connect it all to the internet. Highly recommend Plano Overhead Garage Door company!! From the very beginning they have been the best! We had three bids and Plano Overhead was the best price for the product.
