“I have been very satisfied. We had the doors put on a year or two ago, and we have had to make a couple of service calls. They have been very responsive. One of the guys was late, but he called to let us know it wasn't a big deal.”

“I think when you call in with something going on, it takes a long time to get it right. They send someone who seems unqualified to fix the issue. I feel the issues should be in the notes, and they would send the right person, with the right equipment. I have even sent in videos of what was going on. I am always wondering if they are going to work. I bought the good ones.”

“I have an issue with the other side of the garage. The sensors where they replaced one—I was not happy with the service. The system was not that old. I was not satisfied. and they didn't take care of my problem that I requested. I am not satisfied, because both sides don't connect with my car. I don't feel like my problem was solved, and now I have to bring someone else out to solve it.”
