A year ago we contacted Cooper Baker from Alpha Foundations to inspect a home we were under contract to purchase. Thanks to his expertise, he identified significant structural concerns, which ultimately helped us make the decision not to move forward with that property. We were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism that when we later noticed a few cracks in the home we did purchase, we didn’t hesitate to call him again. After a thorough inspection, he reassured us that there was nothing concerning and no action was needed. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity. It’s clear he prioritizes what’s best for the homeowner. I would absolutely recommend Cooper to anyone in need of a trustworthy and knowledgeable inspection.

I just recently had an encapsulation done on a rather large house and from start to finish the process was smooth. I had obtained many quotes but no one could beat Alpha Foundations. The reviews were top notch for your company. Blake Shambro was the gentleman I was in contact with and I must say, patient will my 1,000 questions, reliable, quick response, all about the customer, and most of all very communicative. The foreman and techs were amazing and all said job was smooth and done in a very efficient amount of time. Hands down, I will call Blake Shambro again and again for any future projects.

I recently worked with Alpha Foundations on a project involving the stabilization of my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The team installed steel pilings to support and permanently stabilize the foundation, and the difference has been remarkable. From start to finish, everything was handled with precision, care, and professionalism. Batu, who oversaw the inspection and provided recommendations, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. His explanation of the process and his suggestions for maintaining the structural integrity of the home long-term were clear, well thought out, and gave me total confidence in the work being done. Alpha Foundations was hired to stabilize the floor of our 100-year-old home and encapsulate the entire crawl space. There were two different teams that worked on our house. Both teams were excellent. Dylan and his team came in first and handled the newer part of the house. The work was done quickly and professionally. The older part of the house had a much tighter crawl space area to work in so a new team consisting of Chris, Cesar, DeWayne, and Emanuelle was called in to complete the job. There were initially some scheduling issues because they were already assigned to another job. The scheduling was adjusted and the assignment was completed in a timely manner. All employees were polite and kept us well informed.

All I can say is what a difference a day makes! I had a floor that was separating from my baseboards, and it was very concerning. Alfa Foundations was amazing from the start - beginning with the job evaluation given by Jose and continued on with the crews that followed. The morning team came did significant work and made my exterior walls structurally sound. Thank you to the foreman Nick and his team Max and Alex who did an amazing job & communicated so well throughout that entire process. They left the perimeter of site pristine and set up the afternoon for George the 2nd foreman and his partner Q to continue with phase 2 of of the project injecting the foam under the floor inside my home stabilizing and raising up my floor. I would highly recommend this company! They knew their craft, put the customer first, built trust and solved the problem. Thank you again! Oh yeah… Five stars for sure.👏👏
