I paid $33,000 for foundation work that was never completed. The first section of the house was not done correctly and required them to come back out to fix their own work. After that, the company completely disappeared. I have emailed and called multiple times and have received zero responses. At this point, I’ve been ghosted after paying a substantial amount of money, with no explanation and no resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere before trusting this company with a major project.

Update- I'm changing my 3 star review to 5. After posting the experience I mentioned below I got a call from Groundworks and a crew was dispatched to set things straight. The foundation adjustment took two visits to get it fixed right, but this was clearly explained and communicated. Not only did they repair my A/C drain but the rerouted and buried it too. You can really judge a company based on how they react to a mistake, and Groundworks worked hard to make it right. Prior review for full disclosure- Here is my experience with groundworks. The initial sales pitch was decent but a little questionable in parts. The salesperson said that steel rod foundation repair was the only option used in every other state aside from Texas, which after doing some research it was clear that several States use concrete foundation repair systems. After doing additional research I determined that this was one of the best ways to raise my Foundation permanently. I have a concrete slab that needed to be raised about 2 and 1/2 in. On the day of the job the workers showed up on time and were very professional. And they finished early. The next morning I went out to look at the work around the house and noticed two things that didn't seem right. Our AC condensate drain had been cut and was laying on the ground. This normally drains into about a foot and a half of pea gravel but that pea gravel has been removed so now the condensate just drains onto mud. I also noticed that there was a large crack that was not pre-existing in the brick in our back patio. A day later I got a call from a rep who said he would come out to take a look at my concerns and they should be easy to fix. That's the last I heard from this company after giving them $16,000

Terik, Tyler, and Ian were very good hard workers with great team chemistry. Ian showed great leadership and direction with the preceduries of job in a very timely basis. They were very respecful and hard working. I would recommend groundworks to everyone! Very happy with the work they provided.

Pricey but great service and extremely good product. Our house is originally on blocks but in very good shape and in need of leveling. The metal beam system is extremely good. Yes, it costs more than doing standard concrete piers but much more permanent. Life-time warranty and adjustment. The installation crew were great friendly people. The foreman Brandon did an excellent job of leading his crew to efficiently get the job done in two days and kept focusing on the idea of perfection. Brandon kept us informed by text and verbally on their progress. He was always willing to explain what was being done and listening to and answering any questions we had. I have to put a "shout" in for the sales person Aja. She was thorough on the inspection process by actually crawling under the house, took and shared pictures of what our block foundation was doing (which was not truly supporting our home). I have already recommended their service to others. I give them an A++ on product & service.
