We can’t say enough good things about Simon and the team at QFR. Our project was very large and complex, and they were patient, professional, and incredibly responsive every step of the way. They stayed right on schedule and completed the work without delays. Throughout the project, they stayed in constant communication with our engineers, passing along every question we had and every issue they encountered so that nothing slipped through the cracks. They answered every question, took every concern seriously, and never made us feel like we were bothering them. Even when we reached out on weekends, Simon was quick to respond. We felt like we were in good hands from beginning to end. Simon clearly cares about his clients and about doing the job right. QFR is genuinely the best contractor we have ever worked with, and we would recommend them without hesitation!

Quality Foundation Repair did an excellent job on my house. Carlos was an excellent foreman and I felt like I was in competent hands with him the whole time. They had a quick turnaround with scheduling; i was able to get on the books just 2 days out. On the day of the job they were done in just 2 hours. They gave the most competitive bid, and I also appreciate that they bundle the post repair plumbing test to their work. Joey was a great manager and was easy to work with too. He answered all of my questions promptly. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs foundation repair.

QFR came highly recommended by my friend. I'm glad I went with them. They were very responsive via tex, cell, and email. I had a lot of questions and they patiently answered every one. They left the area cleaner than what they found it. I especially was thankful that Chris adjusted my door after the foundation work was finished. I also value that Marco is very good at teaching and explaining the foundation correction process.

Great job from the entire Quality Foundation team that came out to fix my foundation repair. Rileigh came out and did the initial inspection and measurements. He was AMAZING! He connected with me, listened to my concerns and addressed any questions I had. I researched and received quotes from three different companies. Quality Foundation came in at a great price to completely address my foundation and not just part of it. Once the job was agreed on, Joey was prompt to get the ball rolling, scheduled and communicated with me on what to expect. Carlos and his team came out on time, kept me informed throughout the process and even showed me how the work was being performed step by step. Carlos’s team were very professional, quick and cleaned up the site once completed. Highly recommend Quality Foundation and a BIG THANK YOU to Rileigh, Joey and Carlos.

Carlos and his team from Quality Foundation Repair were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, knowledgeable and took great pride in their work. Carlos took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, including how far they would need to dig into the ground to properly raise and level my foundation. He also walked through my house with me to check the doors and make sure they were properly aligned and not getting stuck after the work was completed. I really appreciated that level of attention to detail and the fact that he made sure everything was right before they were finished. The entire team was courteous, hardworking and treated my home with care and respect. Carlos answered my questions, explained the process clearly and made me feel confident about the work being done. It is not always easy finding a company that you can truly trust, but I had a great experience with Quality Foundation Repair. I highly recommend Carlos and his team to anyone needing foundation repair. Thank you all for the excellent work, professionalism and outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate everything you did!
