We had a great experience. So I called GL Hunt a couple of weeks ago and talked to Dixie Catingub who was helpful and was able to have someone come out and look at our house within a day or 2. Max Wells took measurements and talked me through various options. He did a great job. We ended up going with concrete steel hybrid piers after looking into the pros and cons of each system. The price was decent and we decided to go ahead with it. Becca Dodge helped me understand the payment options and was very thorough in her explanations and finding what would work best for us. She was in contact regularly and helped us through the process. They had good financing options to make things possible. We scheduled work for Friday and Saturday last week. The weather turned out to be an issue and CJ called us to reschedule for this Monday and Tuesday. CJ was quick in getting new plans in order. Kevin Padilla sent a crew out to do the work. The foreman was Jorge who was helpful and managed his team well. Leon on the crew was friendly and explained all the steps and processes they used when I asked him a few questions. I got to see each step and everything was explained well. They ended up having to do 5 concrete breakouts in our garage and 2 in the driveway which they were great with. They patched them up well. They also dug under a flower bed, but made sure to save the plants and the topsoil. Pictures are attached. The holes on the side of the house were covered properly and the whole site was cleaned up and done in the promised time. Overall it was a great experience and every step of the process went well. Reached out to GL Hunt Foundation! Excellent communication was maintained right from the start! Follow-up, adaptability, and reminders are fantastic! Josh Wood truly went above and beyond by providing an honest and thorough assessment of my foundation. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and was pleased that he was honest and informative. Dixie Catingub she was incredibly helpful and scheduled an appointment for me right away. I’m very impressed with Josh Wood and Dixie Catingub and truly the entire company. It’s hard to find a foundation company you can truly trust—but you don’t need to look any further. This is the best choice out there!

Josh Wood came to our house to review our foundation issues. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the process. We are currently in the bidding process, but I was very pleased with his approach and candor about the process. I felt like the bid came in at a reasonable price and not trying to over sell, just what’s needed. I appreciate that. Thank you Josh.

I decided to go with G.L. Hunt to repair my foundation after six neighbors used them and were very satisfied. Working with Mark Russell was indeed a pleasure. I admire his integrity and professionalism. He laser measured the walls of my house, inspected the exterior and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. I am very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them. Their professionalism is of very high quality. I was kept informed at all times. The crew is very efficient, arrived on time, and did an outstanding job. Book this company for all foundation needs. Alesha Abron of G. L. Hunt was incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions and provided excellent support. She is a gem of an employee and in my opinion deserves a raise!

I regrettably hired G.L. Hunt for my foundation repair. The company touted its long history and commitment to customer satisfaction, but my experience was the opposite. I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction to my technician, James, after seeing how they left my driveway (photo attached). Despite clear photographic evidence to the contrary, they repeatedly insisted that the driveway was already damaged before they arrived. I told them multiple times that I would make full payment once they repaired the damage they caused, but they refused to take responsibility. Instead, I received an email stating that they intend to send me to collections. Avoid this company. It’s inconceivable that a business can operate with such disregard for accountability and customer service.
