Baird Foundation is truly at the top of their game. Kyle came out to do our quote and was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to talk to. From start to finish, the experience was consistent, professional, and reassuring across the entire company. They even work alongside engineers; unlike every other company we had out. Kyle took the time to explain everything, and made sure we actually understood what was going on instead of trying to sell us something. The entire experience felt honest and pressure-free. You can tell this company is consistent from top to bottom and genuinely cares about their customers, and doing things the right way. We felt heard and respected throughout the process. 100/10 recommend!!!

Jesus and Aaron, we’re very professional. When they arrive, they introduce themselves explained everything they were gonna do and how long it would probably take them to complete it. Worked the whole time they were here. Very personable young men And professional. Would highly recommend your company in these two young men to complete their service.

Excellent inspection and bid process. The work was done on time and well. The two service techs (Jesus and Justin) were friendly and explained everything as the job went on. I would recommend the company and these two techs.

Allie V., Julian M., and Evan W. worked hard to do a great job stabilizing our town houses here in Houston! They were working even in freezing weather last week. Thanks to a great team! The cost was expensive, but the foundation repair is guaranteed for the life of the townhouses.

Finding out your home has foundation issues is stressful. Navigating the repairs process is more stressful. There are a multitude of companies out there, all claiming to be the best, so you dive in and start your research, and hope against the snake oil salesmen. This review is to commend the stand out: Kyle Toups with Baird Foundation. Kyle performed the most comprehensive inspection and data gathering by far. He not only invested the time, but more importantly, he put our nerves at ease by patiently explaining every part of the process and backing it up with the elevations he had taken. Kyle was courteous, respectful and thorough. Never did we feel pressured; instead, Kyle presented with the utmost integrity. While we are still working thru our plan to address and repair our home, Baird clearly rises to the top because of Kyle Toups.
