District Floor Depot did a great job, and our new floors look beautiful. I really appreciate all of the help in coordinating the job, as we do not live in the unit and I was able to get everything done remotely. Ella coordinated with my building and our renter and she made it all very easy. She also helped to find an affordable wood floor that met all of our needs. We are very happy with the floors!

Had all of my flooring replaced in my new condo and couldn’t have picked a better team to do it. The DFD team was patient, friendly and responsive from the beginning and did a great job. Mario was the PM and Emily coordinated everything in the store for the delivery and installation. They were great with getting me everything I needed for my HOA approval. I also appreciated Mario walking me through various scenarios and pricing costs before the installation so I fully knew what to expect going in.

I am super happy we went with DFD for our flooring replacement. We had engineered hardwood floors that had been destroyed over the years due to flooding and dog pee. So obviously we needed to replace with LVP. - DFD has an excellent selection of LVP (and in-house too, which makes getting the materials very fast - signed the proposal and install was the following week). We wanted something that would mimic real wood and they definitely had that. - They brought samples for us to see at home, which was great to get a sense of texture and feel. And it was incredibly helpful that their mobile app allows you to see how the material looks in your space. That was what allowed us to decide which color we loved. - Everyone we interacted with at DFD (DC) were fantastic - from the initial meeting where they took the time to answer all of our questions to communication throughout. - And the installers were fantastic! Nice, professional, great with working around our pups (who at times were curious with what was happening!) Incredible attention to detail (we couldn’t move the HVAC or water heater, and they expertly cut around and installed - you wouldn’t even know there was old flooring there). Although our project took longer than they anticipated (lots of glue under the old floors meant tons of patching), they still were very efficient and did an amazing job. We met with several companies, but between price, expediency, and all of the other high praise reviews, we knew we had to go with DFD. I highly recommend working with them.

It was truly a pleasure to work with every single person at District Floor Depot. Beginning with Mario, who provided a thorough and quality estimate for my project. He was incredibly professional and helpful. I had to stop in the shop to pick up some additional supplies and Carlos and Ella were so generous and knowledgable. I would highly recommend anyone to consider them for their home project or for supplies! They are a wonderful team through and through.

March 2024: I had a great experience with the team at District Floor Depot. I brought them in to install new hardwood flooring in my home during part of a larger renovation and repair project. Melvin at DFD was very helpful throughout the process of getting quotes, making adjustments and changes, scheduling the work, and overseeing installation. Communication was great and they were willing to be flexible with the timeline as I had to coordinate the installation as part of the larger project with another contractor. The installation was quick and looks fantastic. Over all very pleased and would highly recommend DFD to anyone. Update, August 2025: After using District Floor Depot to install new hardwood flooring on the first floor of my house last year, I returned to them to have the stairs and upstairs done to match. I worked with Mario, who came out for the initial consultation and who was very thorough and responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the work being done. Juan, the crew leader, and the worker he brought were great to work with over the couple of days it took to do the install. They worked long hours and were very fast and efficient, and the work was high quality. They did a great job. Having used District Floor Depot twice now, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do a future flooring project.
