Cannot say enough good things about our experience with District Floor Depot! Each and every person we spoke to throughout the entire process was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The time they took to explain the installation process, the various floor options, and the pros and cons of each option was invaluable—their advice literally saved us time and money. The cherry on top was how quick and easy it was to order the floor and have it installed. I was very impressed with the quality of work, especially in tight spaces under the stairs. We will definitely use them again for any future flooring needs!

I had such a smooth experience picking out new flooring here. The showroom is well-organized and has a ton of samples, which made it so much easier to visualize what would look good in my home. The staff really knows their stuff and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Everything was handled professionally and my order arrived right on time, so I’m super happy with the final result.

District Floor Depot did a great job, and our new floors look beautiful. I really appreciate all of the help in coordinating the job, as we do not live in the unit and I was able to get everything done remotely. Ella coordinated with my building and our renter and she made it all very easy. She also helped to find an affordable wood floor that met all of our needs. We are very happy with the floors!

We visited Floor District because we enjoy supporting neighborhood businesses that specialize in one thing. We had two different home improvements for our 1921 built home. One to replace and the other to repair. I highly advise that when you schedule a consultation with District Floors, really listen to their recommendations even if it doesn't align with your vision. They are professionals. The back porch addition to our home had carpeting that we always wanted to replace. Our vision as to rip up the old carpet and lay down vinyl "hardwood" floors. Mario came out, looked at the space, and gently explained the issues with going in the direction of something other than a durable carpet. This was not my vision, but based on everything that would be needed for what I wanted (leveling the floor and installing a new back door that would swing outward and not in) we went back to the showroom and were introduced to some really beautiful and durable carpets! We are very please with the time it took to install and the warmth it's provided to this space. The repair District Floors did was to existing hardwood floors in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The floor replacements were stained to perfectly match the existing hardwood which is exactly what we wanted. Both installation projects were done with teams that were thorough, skilled, professional, and respectful of our home. Again, this is a mature home that we love for its character. We look forward to working with the entire District Floors team again in the future to keep our home beautiful.

Had all of my flooring replaced in my new condo and couldn’t have picked a better team to do it. The DFD team was patient, friendly and responsive from the beginning and did a great job. Mario was the PM and Emily coordinated everything in the store for the delivery and installation. They were great with getting me everything I needed for my HOA approval. I also appreciated Mario walking me through various scenarios and pricing costs before the installation so I fully knew what to expect going in.
