The floor installer Joe took shortcuts and it's a rushed job. It's supposed to be a two-day project, but they rushed through this job within one day. Poor and incomplete workmanship in terms of removing and reattaching my baseboards. I instructed Joe to just leave the baseboards alone and keep in place after he removed some of them and claimed that they were damaged. So they tried to sell me on getting new baseboards for the whole house but I rejected their suggestion. However, Joe didn't care about what I wanted, and they still went ahead and removed then lowered my baseboards after installing the new LVP flooring on the first floor of my house. They left these long, unpainted, exposed, and ugly drywall gaps. They also damaged some of my baseboards and like I said, left behind these long wall gaps in several places. Joe didn't even bother to inform me about the difference in baseboards' heights after reattaching them to my walls. I had to find out about this myself after the floor installer had already "finished" and left. After I texted her my concerns and my complaint, the sales lady Kathy just kept telling me that it's "normal" to have these long exposed wall gaps. She even suggested that my new painter could just paint right over the rough and uneven gap ridges, without incurring additional expenses on my end. Oh really. I'd sure love to find out how much my new paint contractor would charge me just to repair these wall gaps!! Hire this flooring contractor at your own risks.

Octovio Ibancz. Was our installer. He was great. Took his time. It took him a while but I’m more pleased because he did such a great great job. He did very large rooms and 3 bathroom s. Plus carpet. I would recommend him highly.

Moncy Varughese with Fast Flooring DFW is absolutely the best contractor for flooring. Swift, and beautiful installation of carpet in my fellow veterans home. The kindest most honest people and work was done be he and his crew. Cannot say enough positive things about the quality of work completed in the home. Would recommend and will use in the future. Thank yall for being so easy to work with.

Had a great experience with Flooring Direct. Scott Olser was our sales rep & he dida great job explaining the different types of floors available & other options which helped us make the best decision for our budget. Once we gave the approval, the floors were installed within a week. Oscar & the crew moved our furniture as needed & put it back as well. We are very pleased with the finished product & will recommend Scott & Flooring Direct!

hi kathy, just to let you know, the guys did a super job in an amazing time. they were very good at handling the operation (moves, disc and re connects, etc). we are pleased with their professionalism. when we wanted a rearrangement of the layout (twice) both you and the installers accommodated us in a timely manner. both teams were polite and impressive with their skills and demeanor. i would like to thank kathy hammons and the installers by name, unfortunately i don't have the installers names. thank you for a pleasant experience.
