I wanted to match up hardwood floors to existing floors before I moved into my new home. First US floors immediately returned my call, came out to measure and put the hardwood floors and removed carpet and left no construction trash behind. This all happened within a very short time frame. Instillation happened in 1 day. This was seamless process and excellent work. I would highly recommend First Us Floors, worth every penny!

DO NOT USE FIRST US FLOORS--THEY CUT CORNERS AND DON'T STAND BY THEIR WORK! We hired First US Floors about 3 years ago to replace old tile and carpet throughout most of our home with high-quality vinyl laminate flooring. At first, everything looked great and the installation was completed quickly. However, what seemed like a smooth process has turned into a nightmare down the line. BEWARE: While this company is quick, they do NOT stand by their work. Their installation warranty is only 2 years, and they know exactly what they're doing--they intentionally cut corners, ensuring issues don't show up until you're out of the warranty period. After 3 years, our floors started chipping and bubbling. When I consulted an expert, they confirmed that this happened because First US Floors didn't level the floor properly before installation. I contacted the company, and they offered to "fix" their mistakes--for a staggering $1,200 claiming it was a discount. Absolutely laughable! Matt, the owner, told me if I'd brought it to their attention earlier, they'd have fixed it for free. But here's the thing--they deliberately take shortcuts (things you can't see underneath your floor), knowing the problems will surface after their warranty expires. It gets worse. The flooring connects to carpeted bedrooms and the carpet started to rip. A carpet specialist told me First US Floors glued the carpet instead of properly securing it--a lazy shortcut. The carpet lasted two years before falling apart leaving me to deal with their lazy work. Matt will likely respond to this review to defend the company, but I'm sharing the truth so others don't fall into the same trap. First US Floors cuts corners, doesn't stand by their work, and leaves you with costly repairs down the road. DO NOT USE FIRST US FLOORS! AVOID THIS COMPANY! Matt the owner has responded to my initial review with the following: "Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding the vinyl floors separating in two high-traffic areas. While this issue is not related to installation, we offered to address it by covering the cost of replacement materials, even though it falls way outside the warranty period. We would appreciate the opportunity to examine the problem further, as this could help identify any underlying causes, such as potential foundation slab issues. We encourage Sean to allow us to investigate so we can prevent any recurrence. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to help resolve this matter." As a response to the quote above, Matt has further proved my point. If there was some underlying issue with my slab, they would've found this out when they initially installed the floor. But they didn't. Also, our slab has no issues. I've had others experts come to look at the issue. We also had First US Floors come out to "investigate" the issue further. After their investigation, they offered to fix it for the $1200. Matt has my personal phone number. Instead of reaching out to me, he put up a "nice" response to my review to save face on his company. Again, don't mess with this company. They only look for shortcuts.

Matt's team installed vinyl flooring in two rooms and they did a great job. Pictures are before and after shots of the bedroom. Price was affordable and they were prompt in their response and scheduling as well. Thank you First US Floors!

My First US Floors experience was exemplary from beginning to end. I met with Carlos and within 5 minutes he had shown me 3 flooring selections that were all wonderful. Matt had pricing to me quickly. The installation was done ahead of schedule despite the flooring arriving late from the manufacturer. The communication with Matt was always top notch. And, the floors look absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again!
