“I like the windows and the ease with which they open and close. Seems like a real quality product and a caring professional staff working there. I made a few wrong choices in window selection, but it's turned out OK. They did all they could to improve the situation with the kitchen window so it could be used to hand things out to the patio. There were a few hiccups which extended the time from start to finish of the project, but they were always willing to address the problem, get it solved, with very pleasant and porofessional staff. I'll definitely call them to do those windows or other projects they do, that still need to be done.”
“The salesman, Paul was very aware that I wanted grids in my window and he showed me a ton of photos with a limited number of photos with picture windows like mine. He rushed me through a decision telling me the offer was only good that day - should have been a red flag !!! So disappointed with my window, I would refer people to do their due diligence and never rush such an expensive decision especially one you have to look at everyday!”

“They were unprepared. They sent seven guys to do a job that two carpenters could have done. Furthermore, they were sloppy. I couldn't believe these guys were American. They didn't speak English. One guy spoke English. The rest of them seemed like they were laborers, Guatemalan maybe. I liked the people. The guy across the street from me is Spanish. He has been here a while, and he runs his company like no one's business. He did our roof. I would recommend him to anyone. He has a couple of guys that don't speak English, which isn't a bad thing. I don't have any ill will towards foreigners. We just bought this house, and I just met this guy across the street. He did our roof and our fencing for the dog. I would have had him do our windows if he did that. My wife thought we were getting Anderson windows on this job.”
“My concerns are that the salesperson told me they would be able to cut the boards to meet my baseboards. The molding and the flooring board were not cut right down to the baseboard that already existed, and they were 1/4 inch short, and they didn't go down to the existing boards, so I have to do it. The installers did not speak English, and it was hard to communicate, and I am a contractor and speak with others with limited English.”

“NEWPRO is very professional, and very upfront about everything. Everything was done sooner than the deadline I was given, which was great. The customer service was great. I do hope they can work more on the financial side. They use a third party company. I wish that was more upfront and thorough on explaining how the finances work. I was told something different later on.”
