From start to finish, it was truly a wonderful experience. You were fantastic to work with — both in the showroom and afterward while answering all of my many questions. Your knowledge, responsiveness, and patience made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I also cannot say enough great things about Santos the installer and his helper, Daniel — they were absolutely AWESOME! Santos arrived right on time, introduced himself, and took the time to walk through the project with me before getting started. After reviewing the work areas and design plan, he came up with a fantastic idea! He determined that he was able to install the carpet with minimal seams throughout the rooms versus all the seams generated by the computer program. While there are a few seams at some entryways (which are barely noticeable), he was able to eliminate seams entirely in the office and two — possibly even all three — of the bedrooms. The finished result looks incredible. And the stair runner installation? Santos absolutely nailed it!! The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations.

Highly recommend. We had a great experience working with Chris in Lynnfield. After emailing we went to the showrooms to be hands-on with samples. He worked with us to find a nice solution that stayed in budget. Installation was easy and professional. They worked with us to coordinate flooring and carpeting installs and were able to move around days to accommodate our schedule. Everything looks great!

My experience with AJ Rose Carpet was very professional. Lyn brought very many samples of both different colors and different fabrics to enable us to make a good choice. Lori was wonderful with working our scheduling. The 2 installers were friendly and professional. The employeess who answer the phones are very knowledgable and answer all questions.

First time trying AJ. No pressure sales pitch. Went in, got recommendations, picked what we liked, scheduled measurement. Install was quick and well done. Will use again for future projects.

I had a great experience with AJ Rose Carpet from the sales team, to the person who came to measure, the scheduler to the installers. Everyone was on time, efficient, friendly and especially regarding the sales team, very patient. It’s a big decision and Bryan was very attentive and helpful and gave a lot of good advice. The installers were really efficient and did a beautiful job.
