“I had a wonderful experience with Northside Floors. My sales rep, Yovani Alvarez, and his install teams were outstanding in every way. Yovani is professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, answered all my questions thoroughly, texted often to keep me in the loop every step of the process, promptly replied to all my texts, and went out of his way to ensure I had a smooth experience. A few of my questions required several in-person meetings onsite to resolve, which involved a lot of extra driving for him but he was always willing and eager to do it. I liked that his install team worked on only my project continuously from start to finish, rather than leaving in the middle to go do some other project and then returning to mine. The install teams (one installed new hardwood, the other team installed new carpet) were highly skilled, meticulous, clean, and did a beautiful job. I liked their contract and their payment terms, and they worked with me on the pricing. I would highly recommend Northside Flooring!”
