Concept Flooring did an excellent job with our flooring projects. They installed LVP on the terrace level, carpeting on the stairs and a wood floor on our 2nd level. From start to finish, they were very professional and easy to work with. Our sales representative, Jim Welsch, was the tipping point due to his knowledge and consultative approach. In addition, the installation team was also outstanding. I highly recommend Concept Flooring as they are truly top-notch!

I am very happy I selected Concept Flooring. I replaced the carpet on my 2nd floor and stairs to match the hardwood on the 1st floor. Jim and his crew were the only ones that could get the job done. They were very professional, Great customer service and Great price! I am a customer for life.

We just wrapped up our flooring project with Concept and I cannot say enough great things about Jim and his team. They sanded and re-stained our original hardwood floors on the main level of our home. We had carpet in the living room so they were able to add wood in that room and made it blend seamlessly into the rest of the flooring. Jim is very communicative, patient, and honest. His crew he sent to our house was led by Bobby and Bobby was also so amazing to work with. He really took care of us and always kept us in the loop throughout our week long project. Afterwards, Bobby sent me a long message telling me how to take care of our new floors and even sent me links to products he recommends I purchase. The floors turned out better than I could have ever imagined! My husband and I are so so happy with the end result. Highly recommend Concept Flooring and I can guarantee you will have the best experience working with Jim.

Concept Flooring is one of the most professional and competent contractors I have ever worked with. Not only did they provide valubale advice regarding our flooring needs (both hardwood and carpet) but their installation and follow up was absolutely outstanding. The initial installation of both the carpet and the hardwood was professional but there were a couple of little tweaks that needed to be done on both products. They came back and did those no questions asked and made the job virtually perfect! I applaud them for the way they treated us as a customer -- with both patience, and helpful guidance. Their desite to make the project "just right" made it a pleasure to work with them. I would recommend Concept Flooring to anyone who has any type of flooring need. They are definitley a Five Star organization!

Jim our rep Who came out was very helpful and helping us pick what we needed for our particular situation. We ended up settling on a great pad and some beautiful carpeting for our home. Installation was fairly easy and quick. Very professional and would recommend them for your Carpet and floor needs
