Concept Flooring did an excellent job with our flooring projects. They installed LVP on the terrace level, carpeting on the stairs and a wood floor on our 2nd level. From start to finish, they were very professional and easy to work with. Our sales representative, Jim Welsch, was the tipping point due to his knowledge and consultative approach. In addition, the installation team was also outstanding. I highly recommend Concept Flooring as they are truly top-notch!

We recently hired Concept Flooring for a multi-part project in our home, and we could not be happier with the results. They refinished our existing hardwoods, replaced our old carpet, and completely transformed our upstairs nook by tearing out the carpet and extending the hardwood into it. The craftsmanship is top-notch—the transition into the nook looks absolutely seamless. You genuinely cannot tell where the original hardwood ends and the new flooring begins. The team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish: Jeff was outstanding with the customer service and project coordination. He kept us informed, organized everything perfectly, and made the entire process stress-free. Bobby was the main lead for the hardwood floors, and his attention to detail during the installation and refinishing was incredible. Oscar led the carpet replacement and did a fantastic, clean, and professional job. Cannot recommend Concept Flooring enough. They are simply the best

From first visiting the showroom, having them out to measure and me changing my mind more than a couple of times, Concept Flooring was the best partner you could have to guide you through all the choices. Communication, scheduling and even the professionalism of the installation crew couldn't have gone better.

I am very happy I selected Concept Flooring. I replaced the carpet on my 2nd floor and stairs to match the hardwood on the 1st floor. Jim and his crew were the only ones that could get the job done. They were very professional, Great customer service and Great price! I am a customer for life.
