We recently hired Authentic Hardwood Floors to refinish our existing hardwood and install new flooring in our upstairs hallway — and the results are absolutely stunning! I first heard their ad on the radio and decided to call for a quote. From that first interaction, I was impressed. They were prompt, professional, and clearly very experienced. What really set them apart was how they helped us choose the perfect stain color. They sanded a test area and created a checkerboard of various stain options right in our home, so we could see how each one looked with our new cabinets. That level of care and attention to detail is rare these days — they truly went above and beyond. The owner, Michael Keroack, and his project manager, Michael Blocker, managed the entire project flawlessly. Their attention to detail, containment, and dust control was exceptional, and the final finish on our floors is truly furniture-quality. While we were away on vacation, they kept us in the loop with text updates and daily progress photos — such a great touch that gave us total peace of mind. The project was on time, on budget, and delivered exactly as promised. Other contractors could learn a lot from how this company operates. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and for the price they quoted. All I can say is WOW. Thank you, Authentic Hardwood Floors — you exceeded our expectations in every way!

We used Authentic Hardwood Floors to repair our hardwood floors after a mistake from another contractor. Michael and his crew of Hugo, Yoni and Cristian did an amazing job. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional throughout. Our specific project came with some challenges for the team to work with, but they were able to handle it and the results are really impressive.

I highly recommend this group! From start to finish we had an excellent experience with this group that sanded and refinished our hardwood floors after a flood in our home. Authentic Hardwood Flooring provided, fair and transparent pricing, showed up on time, was accommodating to our schedule over Memorial Weekend and most of all, we are thrilled with the resulting finish product! The team lead by Rudy works like a well-oiled machine, everyone coordinates and communicates very efficiently. Refinishing your floors can be a stressful process but with these professionals, it was a smooth process. We are a household of architects and expect perfection and we have no complaints. We highly recommend Authentic Hardwood Flooring for refinishing real wood floors!

AHF is incredibly customer oriented! Both Michaels and Ryan are wonderful communicators. Renovations tend to have unexpected challenges and AHF employees listen and reach out to be sure the issues are resolved. Our installers (Hugo, Cristian, Honorio, Ernesto, and Yoni) were efficient, professional and polite. They kept the work area tidy and made sure we were happy before they left the job. I cannot recommend this company enough!! We love our new floors!!
