"Our experience with Texas Fence can best be described as two different experiences. The interaction with our sales rep was outstanding; he was responsive and professional throughout the process. The finished product itself turned out great and the team that built the fence were very polite. Everything in-between those aspects of the job was awful. The job coordinator did not communicate with us at all. We had to continually reach out to the Texas Fence office for any update and thankfully our sales rep helped to facilitate the build actually happening. We went weeks beyond the quoted build date with no communication from the build coordinator. Only when his supervisor got involved did he communicate with us. I am very pleased with the fence itself, but I won’t be using Texas Fence again due to the frustrating experience. Three stars because we are actually pleased with the fence."

"Lead fence installer showed up with his son on day of install. I had previously requested the sales manager join him to make sure we were all on the same page. He insisted that the installer would be able to do that alone. Unfortunately, he didn't speak English so that was impossible. He worked for about an hour and then left for several hours. Only his young son remained to work on the fence. Once he returned, it was clear they were behind schedule. Lead installer's wife arrived to help. They continued the install well past dark using flashlights. I texted and called the Sales Manager to help me stop the night time install. Eventually got the install stopped and they finished up the following day. Much more but that's the gist of my disappointment."

"This was the 2nd time we've used Texas fence in the last year for backyard fencing. The first time (late summer/early fall of 2020), we dealt mainly with Sales Consultant, Rosemberg Villafranco, and he was great on all counts. He was in constant communication with us, and quickly responded to email or phone questions or problems. He kept us in the loop constantly and even dealt with a few minor issues during and after fence installation. Also, the project manager came by at the end of the project to make sure we were happy with everything (which was good, as there was one thing that was not to our liking and he fixed that on the spot himself). This time, none of that happened. We had a project manager who never showed up physically. Only a few phone calls. And the sales consultant (Josh Harris) seemed untrained and unknowledgeable and it took him forever to get back to us when we had questions (days - and sometimes almost a week and in a few cases, he never responded to email questions from our neighbors, who were part of the project). At one point, we asked him to extend the quote for a few days, as we were getting 3 or 4 neighbors together for this project and one needed another day or so to know if they could commit. The rep said "no problem." But when we were ready to commit (within the extended deadline), he had increased the quoted price by ~ $5/foot. I complained and he replied that extending the quote didn't cover the price. I told him that he didn't understand the common usage of that term and I asked him to consult with his boss. After that, he came back with the original quoted price. I was pleased but not impressed. And when the guys came to actually do the installation, several things we had emphasized to Josh Harris that we wanted done (and covered with pictures and full descriptions), were unknown to the installers and I had to start from scratch with them to get them to do what had been agreed upon. Seemed like extra work for me that shouldn't have been necessary. (And of course, the project manager was no help whatsoever, since he was never onsite. Not once). So though the fence got installed well, and it seems of good quality, I was very disappointed in the staff that we dealt with this time. If I should need more fencing, I will only work with Texas Fence if I can get Rosemberg Villafrancoto as a sales consultant or project manager. I feel like you have brought on inexperienced and poorly trained staff and that the project oversight is no longer as good as it was. I am a little embarrassed because I recommended Texas Fence to our neighbors for this rather large project (based on our first experience), and they must wonder now about my judgement."

"Poor communication to me - none for 4 solid weeks after signing the contract. Poor Project Management - they just happened to have an open slot for my 500+ft $16K project the next day. Really? Less than 24 hrs notice on a Sunday via email that a team was coming out which I had to stop, Didn't marking utilities until I insisted, Careless with cables and would have buried the two ends in concrete if I had not seen the split line first. When I reported the cut cable to the PM I was told "oh that's too bad", Incorrect description of how the team would manage the old fence (hugely unsafe to put 500 linear feet of fence stacked in the back of a pickup truck for a single transport. Torn up yard along the entire 500+ feet that I had to pay to remediate. Had immediate warranty issue which they attempted to fix but is now worse than before. For the final $1500 payment I was sent a link to an electronic invoice that didn't work. I immediately responded and was told IT was working on it. I sent two follow-up emails with no response and the link never worked. Another girl instead sent me a nasty email threatening legal action and it had only been a little under two weeks. Really? Whole situation was their doing."

When I informed them that they never finished the job leaving 2 sections unfinished a 4 inch gap in the gate and did not clean up the concrete and trash they completely ignored everything me and charged my credit credit card. To this day no one from Texas Fence Company has followed up, come to inspect the project and done anything to remedy the unacceptable service they provided"

"What a breath of fresh air! On April 10th, a gust of wind blew a large tree onto our old fence, ruining it completely. That night, I requested a quote on the Texas Fence website. The very next day--a Saturday--a Texas Fence consultant replied to my inquiry. That Monday morning, the consultant performed an assessment, gave a fair quote, and answered all of my questions about the job. After accepting the quote, they marked my utilities in the ground--so not to make any mistakes, came when they said they would, and erected a beautiful, new fence. The whole process took only 12 days! My family, and our neighbors love it. Strange to say, I'm actually happy that this tree fell and ruined the old fence. I highly recommend Texas Fence. "I would recommend this company but had to wait some time for them to fix the problem. The problem was the fence being installed at wrong location which encroaches next door neighbor's property. This was a violation of city permit and property survey. A few months later they did come back to fix the problem and moved the fence for us."

"I went with a model I did not want, I was talked out of what I wanted but I cannot remember WHY I was t alked out of it but it must have been a good enough reason. It was 2 weeks ago my gate was serviced for the "I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY TIMES" and 1 week later as usual, like always it is doing the same thing. I GIVE UP. I have called another company to come fix it. I said the last time that I felt like a hostage as either I am going to pay Texas Fence to fix it over and over or I am going to pay someone else. So at this moment, 30 July 5pm, another fence company is at my home checking the gate AND replacing one whole side of fencing on my yard. I don't need a new fence, this one was rusted and why not. When they diagnose what is wrong with the gate I will let Texas Fence know what was causing the problem. ***UPDATE*** I left out the part about the technician attempting to "make" the gate shut but peel and sticking Velcro onto my gate. Its still there if anyone doubts this. I was flabbergasted, but I didn't even know it was there till weeks later because I was out of town. My gate it working perfectly now, another company has diagnosed the problem and I was so happy I let them replace one side of my fence surrounding my 1.5 acre yard. Nothing was wrong with it other than it was rusted. No, I do not wish to be contacted by this fence co."
