Arin did excellent explaining the work that would be done and was able to answer all my questions. The work was definitely done to our satisfaction and all installation of our equipment, including sinks, and re-piping in the kitchen, as well as gas lines for our range and for outside were done perfectly. This company provides excellent quality control and communication was amazing throughout this whole experience. I would definitely recommend using this company if you want your project done right!

Chloe came out to snake my bathtub drain and was very friendly and helpful. She got the job done quickly. She was also able to help me set up a free diagnostic appointment for a bigger issue. Xerxes then came out and quickly realized our whole pipe system was at risk, even finding a huge crack in a sewer pipe. He took the time to throughly explain everything to us and answer all of our questions, which helped me feel confident in moving forward with the work. He also managed to fix the leak that was the initial issue. I ended up needing a full re-pipe, including replacing our sewer drain system and a new water heater. Xerxes worked diligently all week and I am incredibly happy with the results. He even went the extra mile by replacing our sink faucets for us, adding an icebox behind my refrigerator for water access to it, replacing our outside faucet with a frost resistant one, adding separated hot and cold faucets to my downstairs sink which previously only had a single faucet, and placing the water shut-off valve in a much more convenient spot. He was also extremely considerate about making sure our four cats didn’t get outside or downstairs where they were working, which is always a source of anxiety for me when people are going in and out of the house. The finished work is clean, everything is working great, and the inspector was very happy with it. I feel very lucky that Xerxes came by and caught the ticking time bomb that was our previous setup, and am very relieved to be going into the winter season knowing that our pipes shouldn’t have any issues. Xerxes is a legend!!

We called 3 Mountains to fix an issue with the toilet running, and were delighted with everything about working with our technician Megan. She started with the bad news - that we had a larger problem on our hands than a simple leak - the toilet was old and had many components needing replacement or repair. We came to the conclusion that it was time for a new toilet. Megan walked us through the entire process step-by-step, and made it super straightforward for us. She was professional, funny, personable, honest, and knowledgeable, and got the entire job done in a single visit. She even helped us fix a water temperature issue with our bidet. Best of all, the pets loved her, adding their stamp of approval to our own.

I lucked out getting Xerxes to help with my plumbing issues. His communication was excellent, he always showed up on time, and his clean up skills were top notch. He does very good work. When the inspector saw the finished job, he was impressed. Everything was done correctly and inspector noted the excellent insulation work and attention to detail. All around 5-star service. Great job, thanks Xerxes!

I cannot say enough EXCELLENT things about 3 Mountains Plumbing. Steven, Felix, Lars, and all of the people who I've worked with on my drain line replacement project have been exceptional. They are professional, communicative, do the highest quality work, and provide the best results. I couldn't be happier with them. Would highly recommend!
