Root Electric installed several new internet cable lines and helped identify and connect our existing cables since we only had one working hard line in the house. The team was professional, communicative, and efficient. When we had a small issue afterward, they responded quickly and fixed it right away. Excellent service—we’ll definitely use them again.

Bill Root and electrician Noah Kohrt provided outstanding service. Bill spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone discussing my tentative projects, which included replacing multiple ceiling fans and a chandelier. When I decided to go forward with just the chandelier for the time being, Noah went above and beyond in completing the work and answering additional questions I had. For any future electrical work, I will be calling Root Electric.

We just had Root Electric install our Tesla Wall Connector at our home here in Stafford and I honestly could not be happier with how it turned out. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, everything felt smooth and professional. They showed up on time, explained exactly what they were doing, and made sure the installation was clean and done right. You can tell they take pride in their work. The charger looks great on the wall and works perfectly. It is so nice waking up every morning with a full charge. What I appreciated most was how easy they made the whole process. No stress, no surprises, just solid work and good communication the entire time. If you are thinking about installing a Tesla charger at home, I would absolutely recommend Root Electric. I have used Root Electric for one large job and several small ones. I recommend the firm highly. Bill Root often calls customers personally. They are efficient, adhere to a schedule, courteous and prices are reasonable. Andy has done a great job for me recently, including an emergency call which prevented some potentially serious damage. Excellent service - the team did a great job installing a porch fan and recessed lighting in our living room. They were on time, friendly, and left our home tidy. I highly recommend!
