Had a Master Bedroom Light fixture that I wanted to install a Govee Ceiling Fan instead. As I tried to install, I found that the fixture was not Fan rated. Randy's came in and tore out the old fixture and installed a fan rated box. They then ensured my new fan bracket fit properly. Afterwards they cleanes up great.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Randys Electric. They responded immediately to an issue we had with some storm damage and their electrician. Austin did a fantastic job. I’ve worked with other electricians from their company and they have all been top-notch. I would rate this company on a scale of 1 to 10,10 being the best, an 11. Exceptional!!!

We have had a fantastic experience with Randy's. All of the technicians and staff have been wonderful helping to get our plumbing and electrical taken care of. Luke, Phil, and Brandon helped us on our plumbing and were great about explaining everything and getting it done promptly! Josh and Isaiah also were awesome coming in and knocking out our electrical work quickly and did an amazing job! Randy's has earned a lifelong customer!

I had a hot water heater that was leaking. I called Randy’s, which I’ve have used before. Their plumber, Mike, came out to access the issue. He went way over and above what I would’ve expected! He realized that the water heater was under warranty. He personally called the manufacturer to get me a replacement. How many contractors would do that? He treated me more like a friend than a customer. Because of his amazing commitment to the customer I will never use another company other than Randy’s. I’ve also had great service from other employees at Randy’s as well, but Mike’s help through a stressful situation I will always appreciate. If you’re not calling Randy’s first, you are making a huge mistake.

My appointment was scheduled quickly. Jordan looked at the 2 electrical issues I had. He explained clearly what the issues were and what my options were for fixing them. The projects were a bit pricey but I believe the going rate for skilled work. I signed up for their plan making the projects less expensive. I really liked Jordan and would 100% recommend him and Randy's.
