Really great experience with Finch Home Solutions. Communication was excellent all the way through, from scheduling and text updates to the office staff and technician. They fixed my air conditioner quickly and made the whole process easy. Professional, quality service from beginning to end. Darlene responded to my inquiry within 24 of my initial request to set up the appointment. Dominic was very professional and provided me with 3 distinct options for the work needed. The installers Micah and Damon got everything done in just a couple hours and cleaned up when they were done. Excellent work I would absolutely hire again for the next project!

Had the pleasure of working with Dominic today. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. He performed the work the same day the quote was furnished and did A+ work. Installed a ceiling fan in the living room and some can lighting in the kitchen. I chose this company for their high Google rating and it was the right choice. Will use them again.

Damon was very nice and professional when he came to do our quote for two complete bathroom fan installations, he made sure I got the all the discounts I qualified for which is so appreciated. Noah and his apprentice were really friendly and courteous. He explained everything that will be done and what was done after, it was all that was expected. They did great work and cleaned everything up like they were never there afterwards. Definitely very pleased with their work and this company!

We were incredibly happy with our experience with Finch Electrical and HVAC. We fired up our AC for the first time during the recent hot streak and it was not cooling. Finch was able to get someone out same day when other companies were giving us 5-6 day timelines, so we were incredibly appreciative. The technicians, Eric Johnson and Robert Whitehead, were both very professional and explained everything we needed to know. They diagnosed a refrigerant leak and that the coils needed to be cleaned. They presented us several options so we could see prices and made a great recommendation, which wasn’t the most expensive option! They got us back up and running same-day and we are so happy! Overall a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.
