These guys are seriously the BEST. I have had three experiences with them, and if you don’t bother reading the rest, I highly recommend them! My first call to Best was when my well water pump quit on me, with my home being less than two years old! Jay Baker was sent out to diagnose my issue, and discovered the well pump had quit after running dry, due to my well being dug to only about 60ft. He was extremely informative, friendly, and transparent with pricing and service information. He ultimately ended up replacing my pump, and I have had no further issues! After the well pump replacement, I signed up for Best’s yearly maintenance plan, covering AC, plumbing, and electrical. I scheduled the plumbing inspection first. The technician (whose name I do not have) came out to my home and inspected all plumbing fixtures, as well as the water heater and water filtration systems. He was very knowledgeable, and suggested a new water heater anode rod after pulling mine and showing me the state of decay. Again, the tech was honest and reliable, communicating any other pain points I should monitor for future replacement. The A/C service was completed as well, with the technician inspecting the air handler and compressor. He found evidence of mold growth in my handler, and showed me the findings. Ultimately, he suggested the installation of a UV light in the handler to prevent further growth, and cleaned my unit thoroughly. Lastly, today I had the electrical inspection done by John Hoefert. John was extremely knowledgeable and made many relevant suggestions to ensure my new home’s electrical components remained functional and safe. He was very friendly, accommodating my four cats and two dogs regular interruptions in his work. He even gave my dog, Millie, a tennis ball to play with while he inspected my exterior fixtures. (See photo!) This company employs people who care about their customers. This is not a salesman visiting your house, that you will never see again. A technician, who is educated and experienced in the trade they are called to perform, visits your home and explains the details of any needed repairs or updates to you. As a new homeowner, and someone who self educates regularly, I cannot stress how much trust I am willing to put in the employees of Best Home Services. I would not hesitate to call them for any future issues, and I am lucky to have met the employees that I have!

03/02/2026 Today Jaun Moreno with Best Home Service stopped by to service & clean my HVAC System. Jaun did an outstanding job, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was very respectful of my home and myself and informed me of what he was going to be doing and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Jaun and the team from Best Home Service.

Luneau was great! Very knowledgeable and so helpful! Will use him again for sure! Update!! I made this post earlier, and now I have to redact it! Last night my husband couldn’t turn the water off using the handle and after taking the whole shower knob and plate off the wall, he broke it further and water was shooting out of the wall! He had to go outside and turn the water off for the house. Best home came today to fix it. When my husband came home he checked it all out and noticed that the plate on the shower knob was not where it was before, and now there’s a gap big enough to see through the wall into my son’s room!! So now they have to come back out and correct it!

Alex was very proactive and caring in his job performance took time to make sure everything was perfectly done Had to go and get a piece that was applicable for my air conditioner, which we appreciated muchly

My AC decided to stop working. I called and they were able to send someone over the same day. Frank was able to figure out the issue, fix it and offer some good upkeep advice. This was a great experience. The business was very good at communicating with me and Frank was professional. Highly recommend!
