I had been having some trouble in getting my humidity under control starting last summer. My prior Ac Company had determined that we needed a dehumidifier attached to our air conditioning system. It was installed and did not reduce the humidity practically at all. They came back multiple times and assured me on multiple occasions that it was fixed but it was not. Humidity kept rising t0 70. At this point we switched over to Best. At this point the summer was over and the humidity was no longer a problem. Then this year in May we started to have the same problem. One of their Technicians, Paul came out on 2 separate occasions and was able to get the dehumidifier to sync with the ac but the humidity was still high. Paul consulted with the staff at Best and they determined that the dehumidifier was either installed improperly or it was defective. Best put in a new dehumidifier and it is working beautifully. Best staff were all so very supportive during this very trying event and did a terrific job in installing the new and bigger dehumidifier and it is working perfectly. Throughout this process, everyone at Best were very professional and very responsive to this issue. I recommend Best very highly and we have been delighted with the professional and timely service that we continue to receive from this company! And Paul was terrific!!

Luneau Gedeus did an excellent job. He was very professional, respectful, and a great listener. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave helpful advice and suggestions, and made sure everything made sense before moving forward. His work was very detailed, clean, and well done. You can tell he takes pride in his work and knows what he is doing. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and professional plumber. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Stu was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing. The quality of his work was top-notch, and you can tell he takes pride in getting the job done right the first time. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and in perfect working order. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with electrical work, but Stu definitely earned that trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled electrician. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This post has been years in the making, so pardon if I use it as catharsis. -Multiple "maintenance" home visits where the focus is to sell you on the next shill instead of actually preventing AC issues. Did your A/C shut off multiple times, usually within a month of the next maintenance and then you have to pay extra? Sounds like you had "Best" home services. They should be called salesmen, not technicians. - High prices, which you will feel stressed to pay unless you wait for another company to come around. You'll be paying for the owner's vacation home! - Multiple technicians over the years with frequent turn around, don't expect to establish a relationship with your "A/C guy" But good news! I finally found another company that works for me. Learn my lesson, don't stick around with the same company because "they know your system" (they don't) or because of "parts guarantee" (it transferrable with manufaturer). I learned the hard way. Don't waste your time with these guys and go find a team that will work with you, not just squeeze you for cash.

Had an amazing experience. First off Ryan was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. Explained everything well and completed the tasks quickly! Cleaned up afterwards to even the door knobs. Extremely happy with this company and Ryan! Highly recommend!
