I have used Plumbline services multiple times in the past for anything from main line clearing to replacement and have been very happy with their services in the past. I called because I had sewage leaking into my basement and needed someone to come and examine. I called on a Thursday and was informed that someone would be able to com out on Saturday morning. Mid-day Saturday I got a call that the technician would not be able to come out on Saturday after all. I was informed that the next available time was Wednesday morning between 8-11. I patiently waited. I finally received a text at 12:30 from the technician saying that he would arrive shortly. Unfortunately I had to work and was not able to be there for the appointment. He needed to cut into the wall which I agreed will so that he could find the leak. The leak was found and a section of pipe was replaced with PVC and clamps. I the received a bill for $1,900 for 2 hours worth of work. The fee for cutting onto the wall was a little over $200. However $1,600 for 2 hours with of work is outlandish. I’ve tried calling and speaking to a supervisor 3 or 4 times regarding this astronomical fee as the parts were worth no more than $100. I have never received a phone call from anyone to try justify their costs. I would no longer recommend Plumbline for their services based on this experience.

Thank you to the Plumbline Heating team! I couldn't have had a better experience. Alberto did a great job of coming up with solutions for replacing my HVAC system. The install team of Josh, Francisco, Summer, Janna, Abdul, and more did a phenomenal job. The team is skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and very detailed. Their commitment to customer safety and satisfaction is greatly appreciated.

While I would like to give an honest review on the services that we had scheduled. I quite literally cannot because we have still not had them done. After making an appointment before the weekend, four days ahead of time for first thing Monday morning SPECIFICALLY. I then woke up Monday morning to a voicemail saying that we would be pushed back to the 11am to 2pm window…. 2pm Rolls around… no phone call….so I had to call only to find out that they were not going to be available until 5pm to 7 PM (drastically different from the original appointment that I scheduled for 9-10am ) and wasn’t even notified that would be the case. So now I am having to wait until tomorrow to receive services. Terrible communication and inconvenience. Great job guys!…….DAY 2 UPDATE. After being apologized to, we were promised the 1st time slot the next day ( arrival before 10 am at the latest). Just received a call letting us know they will be arriving in 1.5 hours….. between 11:30 and Noon. Promised and can’t deliver. This company is trash! But please Plumbline Owner using AI….. comment that you can’t find my account and should reach out to some number. You guys are a joke.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! UPDATE: The actual workers were great. The administrative office is terrible. Management, take note and adjust.

I received excellent service from Plumbline Services when replacing my 30 year old HVAC system. The team members were organized, knowledgeable, hard-working, and respectful of me and my home. Kelsey identified and designed a system that met my home needs. Lily, Warren, and Oscar worked all day to dismantle the old HVAC system and install the new HVAC system, leaving the work space looking cleaner/better than when they arrived. They showed me what they had done, how the systems worked, and what I should maintain to keep things working at an optimal level. Warren showed me how to program the new thermostat. While Brenden was here to complete the electrical work for the HVAC system, he noticed a safety issue with my 30 year old smoke alarms. I ended up contracting for some additional electrical work and replacing all of my old smoke alarms. I was impressed with the entire Plumbline team. When I mentioned that to the city inspectors who came to the house the next day to inspect the work, they were not surprised. Everything looked good! I will not hesitate to use Plumbline Services again in the future.

Plumbline came out today and serviced our whole house water filtration system. They were professional, clean, wore shoe protectors and explained the work they performed. Happy to have them service the household. I highly recommend their services
