We had our toilets and sinks backing up, turned out being our sewer main line was completely separated. After calling Stan's, they showed up within 30 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, and told me the unfortunate news that it was a more serious problem than I thought initially. However, they immediately started the repair, which took another day (large project), but I was really impressed with the quality of work that Aaron and Miguel did. They were very professional, and took the time to make sure the job got done the right way. The price was very reasonable, and I'm happy with the work. 100% recommend Aaron 👍

Kudos to Johnny Chavera with Stan’s. Mr Chavera was very professional, thorough, and friendly. He is welcome back anytime to service our A/C. Thanks for helping us. We also want to recognize A/C techs Felix Pesina and Jeremy Cevantes. They too were very professional, friendly, patient, and thorough while diagnosing an issue with our HVAC. As of this posting, our A/C is working well. Two repairs were made and we expect a refund for one of the repairs as the problem seems to have been mis- diagnosed (by IT support ). So far, all is well. These techs did a great job and would be trusted anytime in our home for any future service/repair needs. We will use Stan’s in the future as needed. Thanks to everyone, including the office staff!

So grateful for Stan's. We have used them for many years and all needs have been last minute urgent needs (Texas heat). Almost all calls were done same day. Every tech we have worked with has been prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Two visits required major equipment replacements and for both we were given multiple options balancing quality and price. They were even able to find warranty info for equipment they did not install but still had coverage. Highly recommend!

Stan's is great. They are quick to resolve issues with my AC, most recently a total and complete AC replacement. This job costed near $16,000 and Stan's guys had it up and in the attic, all new ducting, and an outside unit installed in about seven hours. The only reason I wouldn't give them five stars, is a small hiccup caused by a hardware issue. I don't blame Stan's for the hardware issue that they resolved in 48 hours. I wasn't a huge fan of being asked for payment when my AC wasn't working. I called the sales representative to kindly speak about the hardware issue, and he skips over my concern and starts talking money... well, that was a downer. Overall result, very expensive job, house seems cooler than it has ever been, work crews and follow up technicians were great. I highly recommend Stan's for HVAC.

Stan's does good work. They installed our AC 6 years ago and it's still running perfectly. We recently had them come out for a tune-up and the tech, Grant, did a great job. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Definitely recommend Stan's, and we'll continue using them for our HVAC needs.
