Very disappointed with my experience with Stan’s. We paid approximately $13,000 for a new HVAC system installed just six months ago, including additional ductwork specifically intended to improve cooling in our master bedroom. The system has already stopped cooling properly because of a failed circuit board/motherboard. On the day this happened, I had to call customer service four separate times. I was repeatedly told that someone in management would call me back, but those calls never came, so I found myself calling back about every hour just to get attention. When the technician arrived they were clearly annoyed by the questions I was asking and spent a total of 5 mins before diagnosing a failed circuit board. They had no idea of the timeline and instructed me to call customer service if no one calls me in two days. Stan’s is now ordering a replacement circuit board, but I still have no clear information on when the part will be available or when the repair will actually be completed. I also have not been able to get anyone to clearly explain our 10-year parts and labor warranty and whether this circuit board repair is covered. Separate from that issue, our master bedroom continues to run approximately 6–7 degrees warmer than the rest of the upstairs, despite the additional ductwork we paid for specifically to address that room. I was told I needed to create an entirely separate work order just to have that issue evaluated. For a six\-month-old, $13,000 system, I expected much better reliability, communication, and ownership. I am simply trying to get clear answers, understand what is covered under the warranty, and have the system and ductwork perform the way we were told they would.I will gladly update this review if Stan’s steps in and resolves these issues appropriately. Update as of 9/10/26: Unfortunately, my family is still having an extremely difficult time communicating with Stan’s and getting clear next steps. Stan’s did resolve our initial AC issue by replacing the circuit board, although that repair took approximately two weeks. However, we still have a second unresolved issue: our master bedroom is consistently and significantly hotter than the rest of the upstairs. A technician came to our home on 8/28 to evaluate the problem. The following week, I spoke with a manager who assured me that someone would be coming out to further evaluate the ductwork serving the master bedroom. Since then, I have received no consistent follow-up, no scheduled visit, and no clear explanation regarding whether any necessary corrective ductwork would be covered under the 10-year parts and labor warranty we purchased with our system installation in February. I have called Stan’s multiple times and have repeatedly been told that someone from the project management team would call me back. Those calls have not happened. On one occasion, I was specifically told that the project manager would be calling me as soon as we got off the phone, and I was even provided that individual’s name. Multiple days later, I still had not received any contact. Over the past several weeks, I have made more than 12 calls to customer service, sent two emails, and sent approximately five text messages, with very little meaningful response. At this point, the most frustrating part is not simply that the issue remains unresolved—it is that my family and I are having to continually manage the process ourselves just to get someone to return a call, provide an update, or explain what happens next. I am not in a position to update this review positively until the master bedroom issue is properly evaluated, we receive clear information regarding our warranty coverage, and there is an actual plan to resolve the problem.

Great company! I went online at 11am. By 3pm, they arrived & installed a Tesla car charger. The technician. Payton was friendly & professional. I will be calling Stan's again for any more projects around the house.

So grateful for Stan's. We have used them for many years and all needs have been last minute urgent needs (Texas heat). Almost all calls were done same day. Every tech we have worked with has been prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Two visits required major equipment replacements and for both we were given multiple options balancing quality and price. They were even able to find warranty info for equipment they did not install but still had coverage. Highly recommend!

Stan's is great. They are quick to resolve issues with my AC, most recently a total and complete AC replacement. This job costed near $16,000 and Stan's guys had it up and in the attic, all new ducting, and an outside unit installed in about seven hours. The only reason I wouldn't give them five stars, is a small hiccup caused by a hardware issue. I don't blame Stan's for the hardware issue that they resolved in 48 hours. I wasn't a huge fan of being asked for payment when my AC wasn't working. I called the sales representative to kindly speak about the hardware issue, and he skips over my concern and starts talking money... well, that was a downer. Overall result, very expensive job, house seems cooler than it has ever been, work crews and follow up technicians were great. I highly recommend Stan's for HVAC.

I needed to have my entire washing machine box replaced due to leaking and corrosion. Gabriel and Jonathan did a great job! They were fast, friendly, and explained everything they were doing. I highly recommend using Stan's.
