"We called the company just to do the quote and to check what was wrong. They came and they started digging, and after digging the area, they cut the main water pipe. They said we have to fix it right now or we won't have water, and it will spray everywhere. We had called to get the quote from another company, and they were coming in the afternoon. We just wanted to make sure if we had to do just a small area, or the whole line. The way they did it, forced us into doing the service with them the same day. Before digging the hole, they should have let us know that we would have to shut the water main off, and there would be no water until it was fixed it. They said we had to do the service with them for $600. We were entrapped and had to do it with them. They had dug a big hole, we had no water, and I had to cancel the other company that was coming in the afternoon for a quote. We had no other choice, and we are not happy. I was going to call later on and let them know if I am going to deal with them. I had spoken with Gina, the lady in the office. Gina was nice and said they would come and look and give us a quote. However, they dug a hole. I told her we were not happy with their technician. I had asked Gina several times about it being a free quote, and she said yes. Also, when we finished, I asked again about the quote being free. They should have let us know they were going to dig the hole, and shut the water off. It was a charge of $120 to dig and shut off the water. They said if you don't do it, there will be water all over, and they charged us $600 for the job."
