I was having problems with my landscape lighting not working properly and finally called TE for help. Jeremy and Isaiah arrived right at the start of my appointment window. After listening to me describe the problem, they set to work diagnosing my system. Withing 15 minutes they determined the issue was with my old control box, which was over 15 years old. They installed and tested the new control panel (see attached photos) and all is working perfectly again. These 2 were efficient and knowledgeable about how my system operated and resolved the problem within an hour. Call the electricians at TE Certified; they know what they are doing and can fix whatever issues you have.

We just had a new Rinnai tankless water heater installed by Andrew. We were switching from a traditional tank heater to tankless, which requires a different exhaust system, new gas connection and new water piping. Andrew did an excellent job explaining what was needed and why, provided a fair quote, then did a very nice job with the installation and cleanup afterwards. He showed me how to adjust the settings and reviewed the maintenance recommendations. The new system works great and we are very pleased with the result. I'm a happy customer and will use TE again when needed in the future.

We had a really good experience with TE Certified from start to finish. Everyone was professional, easy to work with, and took the time to answer our questions and make sure the job was handled properly. Derek was great during the sales process and explained everything clearly without making us feel rushed. Sam, the production manager, kept things organized and made sure everything moved along smoothly. Tommy Pritchett and his crew did the actual work, and they were hardworking, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. We really appreciated the care they took with the property and how well they communicated throughout the job. It was a big project, but the whole team made the process feel much easier. A big thank-you to Derek, Sam, Tommy, and the entire crew. We’re very happy with the work and would definitely recommend TE Certified.

Jacob Rubino and his team were great. On time. On budget. Extra effort. Attention to detail. Professional from start to finish. This is my second experience with him and TE, and I highly recommend them. The new on-demand system is a work of art. I’m gonna set up chairs around it and invite people over.

Isaac and Xavier... Just straight up AMAZING. Both are professional, smart, kind and water heater magicians. They came with confidence and advised me with MANY options. Most techs rush things and quick to explain... Not Isaac and Xavier... They actually cared about my home. Answered my questions and concerns. So clean and efficient. I have worked with many companies and techs... I will 100% be calling Isaac and Xavier (TE Certified) for my next project. Hire this company and these two gentlemen asap!!
