Dalton was great. He called me on his way , arrived in timely manner. Gave me a fair price and seemed very knowledgeable for his trade. The best thing about this company is their work is performed same day rather than multiple trips and quotes. Very straight forward install and can’t say enough about Dalton, he was a great technician. I will be using TE again for sure !

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Both Hayden and Mason were two of the most friendliest, super warm and welcoming technicians I have EVER met (Ihave met many) I felt like more than just a customer, they didn't try to just sell me products. They walked me through what my systems needed and told me why. They showed me photos and explained what was going on. I felt very confident and satisfied with their work and would absolutely recommend them and this company. I purchased a membership because I feel safe and sure that they will take care of me. Thank you TE!!

Jacob Rubino and his team were great. On time. On budget. Extra effort. Attention to detail. Professional from start to finish. This is my second experience with him and TE, and I highly recommend them. The new on-demand system is a work of art. I’m gonna set up chairs around it and invite people over.

Currently working at my mother’s house and she just shared this with me. New plumbing had to be run through attic bc original was leaking under foundation. Presented two options. She chose the attic route. Y’all damaged the ceiling in multiple areas and left it propped up with pvc pipe.(this should have been fixed immediately )You are extremely lucky this did not fall on her or one of her animals. And now she tells me yall are apparently refusing to fix it. How does that make sense? Your technicians caused the damage! It was not there prior to them starting their work. New pipes were also leaking and she has no water in the kitchen at all. Make it right or I will make sure she takes legal action. She is almost 70 years old and this is just unacceptable.
