I had an excellent experience with Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electric from start to finish! When my A/C suddenly broke down, Kaitlyn was reassuring and helpful, letting me know they would do their best to get someone out that day. Mike was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, providing a thorough assessment and a replacement recommendation I felt comfortable trusting. He also explained the financing options and arranged installation for the next day. Vernon and Ariel did a fantastic job with the installation. They were polite, professional, kept me updated by phone, and took great care of my property. The entire team made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality service. I highly recommend Snyder!

★★★★★ A 5-Star Commendation for Mr. Rickey McClam Living in South Florida, air conditioning isn’t optional. It’s a necessity. We reached out to Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric after previous technicians from other companies gave us inaccurate information about the repairs our unit needed. Snyder set the record straight, and Mr. Rickey McClam stands head and shoulders above the rest. Mr. McClam walked us through every part of our system: the age of the unit, freon needs, coil cleaning, and replacement options. He gave us a complete, honest assessment so we could make an informed decision about our next steps. He is knowledgeable, passionate and caring, and on top of being an excellent technician, he is an outstanding human being. That combination is rare today. To Mr. McClam’s supervisors: this experienced technician didn’t just provide good service. He provided excellent service, and it’s clear that excellence is his standard. He is a model for what every technician at Snyder, and across the AC industry, should be. As you go through your emails, voicemails and meetings today, please take a moment to recognize and commend him. We could go on and on, but we’ll close with this: Mr. McClam, you are a refreshing professional in the AC business. Thank you for supporting us in our time of need. Snyder clearly holds one standard, and that standard is excellence. Best to you, Dr. Kevin Johnson and Mrs. Julia Johnson

Damien, Angel Kipp, and Ivan from Snyder Plumbing came to my store and were outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly informative throughout the visit. The way they worked together as a team was unlike anything I’ve seen. They put real time and effort into understanding what we needed and helping us get the most accurate estimate possible. I appreciated their care, clear communication, and attention to detail. I highly recommend them and would definitely use Snyder Plumbing again. **10 out of 10!**

Dawn was very pleasant and scheduled job for same day. Communication was excellent, they texted to confirm i was on the schedule and technician called when he was on his way. Lucas was professional and replaced my leaking outdoor spigot skillfully even though it was raining. I would highly recommend Snyder air, plumbing and electric to family and friends. Great job Lucas, thank you!
