DO NOT USE THEM. PERIOD. HEED THE ADVICE OF THE 1 STAR REVIEWS AND BBB. We had a technician come out 7/14, our check cleared 7/15, despite a manager saying they would give us a refund 7/23, they have not. It’s now 10/24. I have spoken to customer service reps, kind people who said they would submit to their manager, caring individuals who said they personally would ensure the messages were received - to no avail. I have left messages for “the accounting department” that don’t even yield a call back. The technician spent 80 percent of his time in our attic providing a free service that we hesitantly agreed to. What the tech didn’t do was the dryer vent clean out to the exterior wall. He didn’t have the equipment despite that being the requested service. However, he did say he could get most of it. Fun fact, we had someone else out after waiting for the tech to return for a week and the duct clogged his machine. Monarch’s clean out went approximately two feet in the interior of our home and zero feet on the exterior. We are now concerned about what the tech did in the attic for so long. Please protect your home and your wallet from Monarch homes.

We came across Monarch when we bought our first home and needed some input on how to deal with cigarette smoke damage. Months later, we were fortunate enough to be the recipients of a new HVAC and heating system for our home. Monarch was very communicative throughout the entire process. They always made us feel like our questions were valued. They had extremely nice and hardworking technicians. The job took longer than expected, but we didn’t mind because staff checked in with us until it was finished to make sure everything was in perfect working order. We’re grateful for Monarch and would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future!

Peter came to my home and explained my heating/AC. I didn’t know very much about my unit and he went above and beyond to provide me with information and guidance to purchasing a new unit. He was helpful and patient and did not rush me into a decision. He provided great customer service.
