At first I was skeptical because everybody's out to get you these days. They told me that my system had issues. And after a careful review I found out that that was my fault because I closed some of the vents and the filters were dirty and needed replacing. After we opened the vents the system went back to normal and they proved to me that they were just completely honest. These guys were actually honest, on time, respectful, even when I got a little hostile. I apologize to them and I realized that these guys were legitimate. They gave it to me straight. No BS. And even Miguel calmed me down. If you're looking for an honest and trustworthy company, that's these guys right here for sure. I'm working on signing up for the yearly maintenance. It's reasonable and I know I can trust these guys. They were very knowledgeable in all aspects of my system.

Monarch Home Services came to correct an installation by a different company. They hey were professional, did great work and kept me updated with visuals while they were trouble-shooting the issues and making the needed corrections. Works like a dream and left their work space tidy during and after they finished. Awesome service and beyond fair with their fee charged! I highly recommend them. Talin did a fantastic job! Thank you! My family has been gracefully blessed.

I got a quote from them for a NEMA 14-50 outlet installation. They tried to charge me 2500 for an outlet. Mind you, on average in bakersfield, the upper range is 800, maybe 900. I know you get what you pay for. But that is absurd. 3 year warranty doesn't cover that difference. My home is also new, so most of the work is done. Wild

Peter came to my home and explained my heating/AC. I didn’t know very much about my unit and he went above and beyond to provide me with information and guidance to purchasing a new unit. He was helpful and patient and did not rush me into a decision. He provided great customer service.

We came across Monarch when we bought our first home and needed some input on how to deal with cigarette smoke damage. Months later, we were fortunate enough to be the recipients of a new HVAC and heating system for our home. Monarch was very communicative throughout the entire process. They always made us feel like our questions were valued. They had extremely nice and hardworking technicians. The job took longer than expected, but we didn’t mind because staff checked in with us until it was finished to make sure everything was in perfect working order. We’re grateful for Monarch and would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future!
