Monarch did such an amazing job on my installation of my new unit. From start to finish this, this company was professional, reliable and had amazing customer service. Their process was seamless. I was in control of what was needed in my home and was given plenty of options that fit my budget needs. The install crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves when they left. ** UPDATE 9/10/24. STAY AWAY!! They stopped returning my calls. They replaced the furnace(that they messed up) and didn’t recharge the refrigerant. I had to pay $800 to another HVAC company to fix it property. Last month, we also had to make another tech repair ($220) because the gas line to the furnace was only hand tight. I’m going to sue and report them to the state license board. STAY AWAY** Not fixed yet, but on the way. I’ve had a broken issue with my HVAC unit for 10 months. Thankfully, monarch WAS working with me to resolve the problems caused by improper diagnosis.
