Monarch did such an amazing job on my installation of my new unit. From start to finish this, this company was professional, reliable and had amazing customer service. Their process was seamless. I was in control of what was needed in my home and was given plenty of options that fit my budget needs. The install crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves when they left. Jose Castellon & Jordan Arcano They were very helpful and immediately went to work to troubleshoot what could have been a more complicated repair issue. They were able to work together to figure everything out quickly. We also appreciated their friendly manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were willing to beat any other quote for a mini split system by $500 and they installed it just two days after giving us the quote. Our house went from 61° to 75° in just a short time and it works really well. Couldn’t be more pleased!

** UPDATE 9/10/24. STAY AWAY!! They stopped returning my calls. They replaced the furnace(that they messed up) and didn’t recharge the refrigerant. I had to pay $800 to another HVAC company to fix it property. Last month, we also had to make another tech repair ($220) because the gas line to the furnace was only hand tight. I’m going to sue and report them to the state license board. STAY AWAY** Not fixed yet, but on the way. I’ve had a broken issue with my HVAC unit for 10 months. Thankfully, monarch WAS working with me to resolve the problems caused by improper diagnosis.

Sabastian Gomez the AC technician who services my heating and cooling system performed an excellent job. He explained all issues with my system made correction where possible. He was honest, was not pushy. The man has character. I trust his opinion.
