After some questionable “repairs” from another local company didn’t provide long term relief, I called LBA. Bradley showed up with a smile and a sewer camera. I needed the main line cleared but he discovered after scoping that the 75 year old clay pipe was past its usefulness and full of tree roots. Bradley gave me several options for repair. All were reasonable and decently priced for the scope of work. The next day Bradley and Chris showed up bright and early to replace my main line. They were hugely respectful of my property and time. They also rerouted the new line away from the tree to avoid damaging too many roots. Chris showed some great skill on the excavator and did a wonderful job back filling without ripping up my yard worse than needed. 100 percent I would recommend these guys to anyone needing sewer line work.

Chase came to service our furnace and humidifier as well as help with setting up EcoBee app for the thermostat. He was patient. Friendly. Efficient. Knowledgeable. We will ask for him in the future as well as use LBA for our hvac needs.

Andrew was great! He explained everything to me well and was super helpful. He even took in my garbage can just to be nice! I have only had good experiences with LBA so far.

Just one more quick thank-you: To Natalie and the folks in the billing department--THANK YOU for retrieving the invoice I needed from last year! It was quick and easy to contact you, and you found exactly what I needed and sent it to me right away. Thank you SO much for helping me get my paperwork in order for my taxes! :-) ___________________ Kudos to LBA for their amazing customer service! Once again, Trevor came to our rescue. We had a small leak under our sink that we noticed a few days ago, and he was able to arrive just a few hours after we called. He did a thorough inspection and spent over an hour to figure out what was going on. The short story: The people (not LBA) who installed our garbage disposal a year ago did not install it correctly, and the retaining ring was not seated well. Because of that, it (as well as the rest of the connection pieces from the sink to the disposal) had rusted and was allowing a tiny amount of water to seep through every time we used that side of the sink. Trevor replaced all the connection parts and ensured there was absolutely no leak, and there was NO CHARGE to us. When I offered to pay him for a service call, he said that he wanted to act responsibly; since he was the last person to work under our sink, it was up to him to make it right. He said the philosophy of LBA's General Manager is "Take care of the customer." WOW! What a GREAT business plan! I am so very, very thankful to Trevor for taking the time and effort to figure out exactly what was going on and taking the initiative to fully correct the problem. LBA has definitely won our confidence and our loyalty for life! Thank you SO much for taking such good care of us and our home! ________________ Another 5-star service call from Trevor DePriest! He arrived spot-on time for the prearranged appointment to take care of our kitchen drain and vent pipe. He was able to completely and efficiently replace the vent pipe, and even snaked our dishwasher drain line while he was under the sink! When he inspected the area that we had planned for him to re-route the kitchen drain pipe in the basement, we hit a small speed bump. He took a second look at the PVC connection to the sewer stack and realized he didn't have the right gauge of pipe on his truck to connect to it. We discussed the options, and he said that, while the vent pipe was a must-do (because it had broken), the drain pipe re-routing was a nice-to-do (because the drain line is functional and the re-routing would make future maintenance easier, but the work was not necessary). I thought that was very trustworthy of him, and I very much appreciate his honesty about what must be done versus what is an upgrade. While he was here, I asked if he could look at our shower, which had been giving us some intermittent difficulty (dripping, but not constantly), and he kindly took the time to fully inspect the area, including the pipes behind the wall (via the access panel). He explained his recommended solution, which I agreed to, and we've already booked another appointment for him to do that work. I am very thankful to have such a competent and trustworthy plumber to turn to, especially since most of our plumbing is original to our house (1939)! Many thanks to Trevor and everyone at LBA for their high quality and professionalism!

I had a clogged/frozen drain pipe from the master bath sinks. In addition I requested a replacement of four emergency shut-off valves and replacement of two Moen faucets that I provided. Clearing the clog went well. 90 minutes after completion I noticed one P-trap was leaking from one sink. On the other sink I wrapped a paper towel around the new water lines and below the P-trap. A leak was found at the threads of the new emergency shutoff valve. I called LBA thinking the technician that completed the work, or his supervisor would come out to fix the leaks. The person answering the phone said they could get someone out the next morning to give me an estimate to fix the leaks. When I stated that this should be repaired under warranty the gentlemen repeated that I would be given an estimate. I already felt the $2000 bill was excessive but I am 73 years old and probably shouldn’t be crawling under sinks and the weather that day was around 0 deg F. On the invoice a *** important notice*** statedLBA had transferred its commercial agreements and customers to A-1 HVAC AS OF JANUARY 1, 2026. Since I am residential. I assume an LBA technician did the work.
